He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. He's respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Save yourself some time and just go to Tom!”
“I came here the first time absolutely exaspirated at how shitty the service was at the AT&T store on Sheridan. Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Mikey has always helped me with a smile- that is SINCERE- and is just a genuine, good dude. What's more, you can tell that everybody at this store likes each other; it's a happy place! “I stopped by Cell Zone today to have them look at my charging port on my phone. The guy couldn’t have been more courteous and respectful. He took about 5 minutes cleaning out my charging port and works like new again. He didn’t even charge me for the work he did. I will definitely be back when I need any of their services.”

“Great service. Always helpful i came in and the manager was dealing with a vary difficult customer but she kept her composer the whole time. “I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
