He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. “Went to this Boost on south Federal....Boost in glendale, hours listed and no one was there, 2 different times..... But, this boost on 1035 s federal were real awesome....all the staff was awesome!!! Treated me with respect and really helped me, moved my number over...5 stars for this store.”
“Great service. Always helpful i came in and the manager was dealing with a vary difficult customer but she kept her composer the whole time. Even tho the karen called her "stupid" and "less inelegant" than her co worker. She was being nice despite all that. Ill definitely be back thanks to her customer service and professionalism.”
“Store Mgr Cesar is amazing. We have had our whole family on Cricket for some years and Cesar has helped whenever we need a new phone. But honestly, we never need anything else because service and price are stable and reliable. We love that there is no contract but we never consider leaving. I brought my elderly mom in to port her over from a problematic company and add her to our family plan. Cesar spent 1.5 hours with us bc the original company was throwing up barriers ( long wait times,etc) to her making the switch. He managed the entire process with calm and expertise. We drive past 3 Cricket stores in order to work with Cesar. His colleague was lovely, knowledgeable, and patient with us, and she managed the customers who came in while we tied up Cesar. She was also fabulous!”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
