All Points demonstrated an outstanding professionalism and a unique ability to understand customer situations. I had a major purchase at a small antique company, and my original shipping options fell through. I called All Points, luckily the closest company, and spoke with Danny. They drove to the shop and secured my order of 58 items, then packed, weighed, and even palletized my order. We had a small weight issue, which I was concerned about, but Danny expertly pivoted off the first plan and set up alternate arrangements. All of this was done very reasonably. My items will arrive here, and all I need to do is go by the Fed Ex Freight location and pick them up.I've been in the military for over 30 years, and I recognize a smoothly functioning shop when I see it. “I use this location almost daily, I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff has always had a polite, friendly, helpful attitude. People for some reason think shipping is supposed to be fast, if you want your stuff shipped correctly and to the right place, take a deep breath and slowdown. The employees are doing the best they can. The self service option at this location is an absolute lifesaver. I’m happy to know the trick. The store is clean and in a convenient safe location. A+ to this store compared to some I’ve visited.”
