“I'll start by saying to anyone looking for a shipping company and reading these reviews... stop right now and just hire these guys. All Points demonstrated an outstanding professionalism and a unique ability to understand customer situations. I had a major purchase at a small antique company, and my original shipping options fell through. I called All Points, luckily the closest company, and spoke with Danny. They drove to the shop and secured my order of 58 items, then packed, weighed, and even palletized my order. We had a small weight issue, which I was concerned about, but Danny expertly pivoted off the first plan and set up alternate arrangements. All of this was done very reasonably. My items will arrive here, and all I need to do is go by the Fed Ex Freight location and pick them up.I've been in the military for over 30 years, and I recognize a smoothly functioning shop when I see it. My thanks go out to Danny and his crew. Well done.”
“I use this location almost daily, I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff has always had a polite, friendly, helpful attitude. People for some reason think shipping is supposed to be fast, if you want your stuff shipped correctly and to the right place, take a deep breath and slowdown. The employees are doing the best they can. The self service option at this location is an absolute lifesaver. I’m happy to know the trick. The store is clean and in a convenient safe location. A+ to this store compared to some I’ve visited.”
“Have to dab up the staff here. They're consistently helpful and tolerant of my own young children's often intolerable behavior while trying to help me and other patrons. Today, I came in at 5:28, 2 minutes to close ,and a friendly clerk, DJ, helped me with return. He walked me through using a QR code scanner at the kiosk like I was not a total ape. In other words, he was very calm and collected at the end of the day. I ran back in to get a single stamp at the end of the day and he didn't even charge me. USPS service is alive and well at this location.”
“A lot of these reviews appear to do with lost packages or issues that have nothing to do with this post office location specifically. As someone who actually went to this location to mail a certified letter, I had a great time. Well, as great of a time as visiting a post office can be. I rarely mail anything but the person who helped me was kind and able to help me rather quickly too. Now if that letter gets lost in the mail later on, it sucks but it’s certainly not this post office’s fault.”
