“HUGE shoutout to Mike and his staff at Big O on 6th Ave. Mike had one mechanic on a Saturday, a line out the door and a shop full of cars. Mike was in the hospital for the week before, showed up and was kind to EVERYONE that walked in. Apologized for being understaffed(even though it was not on him at all) He took care of me and hooked me up with an oil change. In a world where everyone is trying to take your money and send you off with out without the problem fixed, Mike is the kind of people we need more of. I will ALWAYS go back as long as Mike is running that Big O. Proud to be a customer of someone with such genuine kindness. THANK YOU MIKE!”

“This shop is TOP NOTCH. I strolled in Thursday morning (as soon as they opened) to have my exhaust fixed as it was making a terrible noise. They quickly recognized the issue and took care of it very quickly. My muffler also used to jus hang and clank up and down. They made sure it didn’t do that anymore. I cant say enough about this place. Affordable and they do GREAT WORK. Car sounds amazing again. Highly satisfied”

“Today I took my car to Speedy Roo for the first time. They took me in on time and had me in and out in 30 minutes! They carefully inspected my car, gave a complete analysis and found everything to be fine. They made recommendations for things I might want to look in to in the future, but not immediately. My car is almost 20 years old and I really appreciated that they didn't find a million things wrong! They even replaced an interior panel that had fallen off. I hadn't mentioned it and they didn't charge for it, what a pleasant surprise! It made my day! Thank you Speedy Roo!”

“I found this company to be very helpful and honest. They did not overstate and overcharge me after doing an inspection. They were very clear about what was very necessary and what was more optional. When they accidentally damage my power steering, while trying to fix a different issue in my steering, they immediately told me and they fixed it free of charge of course. I will definitely use this company again.”
“Finally found an excellent honest, mechanical repair shop. I went to the big zero tire store on Hampton and Tower And was quoted over $1000 in repairs to get an alignment. I went to the Brakes plus on Iliff and Buckley and got my alignment done for $100. No parts were needed. I wanted a second opinion and got an honest result. I will use Brakes plus and refer them as much as I can.

“Amazing service, brought a car in from craigslist for a pre-purchase check last minute and they were able to fit me in on their schedule with ease. They were able to bring up previous damage history on the car, warn me of multiple damages the car had, and they even sent me a text afterwards with recommendations on the car buying process and a free check for the next time I came in. If I find another car in Aurora to buy, this is the place I'll be taking it to.

“Can't say enough good things about Dave and Cameron. My wife and I were on a 4 week road trip in our truck and trailer when the pinion bearing started going out. I was a little north of the Denver area and called on a Friday and set up.an appointment for the following Tuesday.They got me in first thing in the morning and did a thorough job inspecting and rebuilding the rear end with all new bearings and seals and had me out the door in a few hours.I do a lot of my own auto repair work and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. Recently it’s for brakes and they could’ve gotten me for all the brakes and rotors, but they said all I needed was front brakes and front rotors. “Sunday night my wife called me and said she had a tire going flat and fast. I said go to the nearest mechanic shop. Thankfully she found this place. The two or three gentlemen working this shift took such good care of her. So good she felt comfortable working with them without me needing to show up. Put a spare on for her N/C and didnt expect anything. She bought them Pizza and drinks and was very satisfied. Great to know people still care even for something as small as putting a spare on. Thanks Ellis Automotive if I ever need your services I wouldn't hesitate stopping in myself.
