“I was taught by my late Dad many years ago that in business as well as in life, a man (or woman) is judged by their word which is their bond... and their handshake. This has served me well all these years. Having been hit in my 4Runner by a young person hell bent on attempting a U-Turn into me, I like many others needed a collision specialist to repair the damage. After one call to friends at Stevinson Toyota East, I called Accurate and then stopped in to see them. I knew right after that initial first meeting and the follow up meeting, after my vehicle arrived from the towing company, that the folks at Accurate... “I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I think it is pretty worth it. I recently moved here from another state, and have connections back home when it comes to any vehicle repair, but after moving I didn't know anyone I could trust. That is until I left my car with Arapahoe Collision and Mechanical. I will say at first I felt a bit apprehensive leaving my car between 7-10 days and thought it was a bit excessive for only a front bumper repair. I would think maybe it was due to my car being sent in a week before a major holiday and there were more customers in front of me in terms of an appointment.

My favorite part about this repair process was the communication I received from Dominque (I hope I spelt her name correctly). She was very prompt about updating me when my vehicle was starting the repair process, if there were any other repairs (including costs), and when the car would be ready or an estimate. She also provided pictures of my vehicle with the repair.

I was also quite surprised to see my car was wiped down thoroughly and vacuumed. I used to live in a country area back in my home state and my car mats were never 100% clean, so when I stepped foot into my car, I thought the mats were brand new and couldn’t believe they were my original mats.

I will definitely come back in the future for any repairs or detailing needs for my current vehicle or any future vehicles. Luckily too, they work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Rental Company, which they had someone pick me up and take me to my rental for the week. The rental company was about a two minute drive from AC&M. Overall, great experience. I recently came back from a trip and noticed a crack in my windshield, I will definitely be having that replaced by Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical fix that at a later time. Oh, my splash guard also broke off, and they replaced it with the correct parts with no additional service extended from my pick up date.

“I went in to get an estimate for hail repair and Shelly was super patient and honest walking me through the process! Being new to the state, I knew nothing about hail claims so Shelly was able to talk me through it and explain how it worked. While I didn’t need to use the shop services, I’d highly recommend them just based off this interaction knowing that they wanted what was best for me even if it meant they may lose out on some work. “Working with Classic Collision was the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. The staff were friendly and respectful and kept me updated on changes and progress related to the repairs and the insurance claim associated with it. The whole repair process took quite a while, but it was fully due to delays and slow approvals from the insurance carrier the claim was being handled under. Classic was great and took proactive steps to be ready as soon as the approvals came through so that everything could be done as quickly as possible.

In addition, my car was in their lot during a big spring hail storm, and Classic called customers the next day to offer to cover a portion of any damage from the hail, which is really appreciated.

Finally, I had asked them to fix a small issue unrelated to the claim, and I would pay for it separately. After the initial estimate, they told me that the majority of the cost would be for the part that needed to be replaced (almost $600), to swap it out would be super easy and quick. However, when I showed up to pay, they told me they ended up not needing to purchase the new part, so they did the fix and didn't charge me.

I think the biggest hope when looking for an auto body shop for anyone is to find somewhere that is both honest and capable. I found that shop at Classic Collision. Should I need any future repairs (hope not!), I'll definitely be going to them.”

“Outstanding company does what they say. Brendan was amazing following up giving reports on progress it was with them i think 3 weeks total 10 days of waiting for the insurance company to come out and reevaluate original quote done by someone else. Three parts are on back order when they come in Brendon said he would pick up car and install and bring car back. I talked to other hail repair places included the one the insurance company recommended they said 6 weeks they would not cover the deductible or the rent a car where auto hail restoration did could not be happier”

“My Body Man was recommended to my Ken's Auto. They said that anytime they have a bodywork issue, they call Al. Not only did Al do amazing work on the car, he kept me updated the whole time. Finding a bodywork guy that you can trust is HUGE. Al is a class act in every way. I'd HIGHLY encourage anyone and everyone looking for amazing bodywork to check out Al (My car was rear ended and completely smashed). Al made it look brand new.

I had a minor issue with my back window not rolling all the way up. I reached out to Al and he was able to get me in the next day. He figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it free of charge since it was so close to my last visit.

“I decided to try this place out based on people’s experiences. I brought my car in yesterday as I had a decently sized set of scratches on my bumper. Michael greeted me and assessed the scratches. He applied a solution to the scratches and the next thing that happened was simply unbelievable. Whatever magic solution he used immediately removed those scratches from my bumper! It was amazing! But they have assured me that they have worked with my insurance company in the past. Also, I have a vehicle currently there under my same insurance company. I got my vehicle back. I took my car in without an appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Jason.

I think it’s important to also keep in mind that they are PACKED with other customers (just simply due to the fact that there’s a lot of people in Colorado)

The Tahoe engine is also pretty big, so that means it’s a big job. It also WAS NOT CHEAP

Jason did great with informing me when he could. Jason also DID let me know appropriately about the credit card percentage (apparently so many people are pissed with) he also let me know how I could pay to avoid the fee. I also explained to Jason about my situation and I was able to get a loaner vehicle.
The tech that worked on my car thank you so much! I do believe the tech knew what he was doing and is very competent in his work. The engine so far runs realllllll smooth and he also got my back brakes done.

Jason also explained to me the process of what I need to do in order to make sure we break in the engine properly.”
