Impeccably clean and hotel staff / James the shuttle driver were very friendly and professional. The plants in the lobby are real which is nuts. Fitness center was way above par to other hotels in this price range”

“** UPDATE **As mentioned in a review that we posted a few days ago, my husband and I decided to officially check in as guests at this Best Western Plus location. After perusing several humorous, egregiously sad, unfair, and outright false comments, we felt it necessary to share refreshingly HONEST reports regarding our own overall experience. After all, consumers deserve to be kept apprised of all actual events and decisions, and not of petty gripes shared by those who obviously have a childish need for attention.From the moment we entered the hotel's foyer, employees were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. More importantly (and contrary to previous comments), check in was very fast and completely stress free. Despite the fact that we actually arrived over an hour earlier than originally anticipated, we were surprisingly told that our room was ready for us. We were also given detailed, easy to follow instructions as to the location of our room, as well as the hours of the pool, hot tub, vending machines, etc. (So much for all of the previous complaints regarding unfriendly and rude staff.)One complaint from others who had stayed at this property was the allegedly loud noise level posed by the busy interstate highway and service road located within feet of the hotel. Well, my husband and I found absolutely zero evidence of this supposed "noise" whatsoever. We actually both were able to enjoy one of the most relaxing and restful nights of sleep we have ever experienced at any hotel through the years.Next, apparently some guests were allegedly unhappy with the water temperatures in their showers. Once again, my husband and I were completely unable to substantiate any of these claims. If anything, we found the temperature of the shower in our room to be the exact opposite and, in fact, perfectly comfortable. Plus the shower was quite spacious and accommodating.As far as cleanliness and modern amenities -- while the building is older (appearing to be a 1980s era structure), the lobby and rooms have been updated and refurbished with modern furniture, bedding, paint colors, etc. Our room included a very comfortable king size bed, chest of drawers, upholstered bench, a large pull out sofa with matching upholstered chairs, a large flat screen television, a microwave and a mini refrigerator. A small hanging closet accommodated our clothing perfectly. The black out drapes completely blocked light from entering the room, which was a much appreciated feature.The pool and hot tub area was very clean, inviting and enjoyable, with plenty of striped towels readily available. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect, and the jets relaxed us in time for a sound night's sleep.The free breakfast was served in a large and pleasant dining area. And for the record, the scrambled eggs were prepared from fresh -- NOT powdered -- eggs. Both link sausage and crisp bacon were served, as well as fresh juices, fruits, and various types of bread and cereal. Guests were able to make their own hot pancakes. Once again, none of the previous negative comments regarding the free breakfast were even close to being true.In summary, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay here. From the moment we arrived, it was quite obvious that the staff wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible-- and they succeeded. For those who chose to write negative -- and obviously false and fake -- words about this place, shame on you! It is so obvious that your so-called unpleasant experiences were caused by YOUR actions. The rules regarding deposits, availability, etc. are clearly shared on the property's website, as well as on the websites of all online reservation services. In the future you should read them BEFORE attempting to write painfully obvious mistruths regarding ANY business. “Stayed a couple nights. The hotel and in-building facilities were nice. However, unfortunately, I parked in the main hotel parking lot and after checking out I found out my personal vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. I understand the hotel staff can only do so much, but I will not be using this hotel again, and would advise others to consider this risk if you have your personal vehicle with you.Safety: Parking lot safety/security concerns.”

“Anton the man who works the night shift, was extremely friendly and very helpful. He definitely is eager to go out of his way to help anyone and everyone and to make people feel comfortable. He put me at ease after a long two days of trying to book a room and getting bounced around and not taken seriously. I plan to make this a permanent location that I will continue to choose to stay at as long as people like Anton work here.”

“Very Good Service. The hotel is within walking distance of food establishments such as 7/11, Applebees, and Outback Steakhouse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The lobby has a bar and other entertainment, such as a pool table. The only reason I gave them a 4-star is they don't have complimentary breakfast, and the snacks and food that they sell are too expensive. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here”

“Rooms are beautiful. Close to airport which is why we chose it. But the staff: Evan, the nightime clerk was fabulous! Long story short, right when my wife and I checked in, I got sick. Passed out, threw up and began sweating profusely. Evan was on his "A" game calling 911 and getting a trash can for me. Over and above there Evan! Never forget you. So... basically the hotel is really nice, but Evan is Amazing ?”

“Never go to this place if you're looking for a safe and considerate place to go. I had a domestic violence victim stay there thinking the would be safe. They were not. The front desk told the estranged husband what room she was in. And when she went to a meet with a domestic violence advocate the hotel staff went in the room and threw away her items and stole her cash. This is a horrible place. Never stay here!”

“Not sure why this place is 3.3 stars on here. It’s definitely one of the best hotels in the area. It’s clean and comfortable. Safe location, great breakfast. Priced very reasonably and a free airport shuttle.”
