“I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile after 20 yrs of being with them. My reason for leaving them is my phone bill started at 178.00 and kept going up
To 206.00. I never ever added on to my I phone. Verizon knew that I had never added anything. My phone bill kept going up. I just did not understand why it kept going up ? No one from Verizon could tell me why ? So it was the final straw that broke the camels back. After switching to T-Mobile from Verizon my phone bill was $ 122.00. Wow ! That was the quickest drop in my bill. Another email mention $ 500.00. Wow ! They are jumping through hoops to get me back as a customer. Fat chance on that. I had a lot of help from Jesus & Daniel.

“Went in at 10 A.M. just as it was opening where both Berenisse and Laura where in the store and were busy with another customer. Only took a moment and then bam! VERY quick to fix my issue with a stolen phone. They put my mind at ease as they we're able to get my account unlocked, and set me up with a new phone on a plan that would net me more benefits AND gave my new phone insurance, all for a lower bill than I was paying. As one person would help me, another would continue to help others who filled the store, all flawlessly. Seriously, these two were amazing at their job and got me out of the store in under an hour! I had just came back from a funeral and had a very long week prior to the theft so having this become a non-issue gave me such peace of mind. Thank you again: Laura & Berenisse, you guys were my heroes that day. <3”
