“The market is like a small grocery store. The staff is always nice and helpful. The space is tight with a lot of African diasporic-centered items, like Shea butter and cooking ingredients. I typically get the Shea butter but I haven't had time to explore the entire store.”

“Juan The Gas Pump Assistant is loved by so many of us. Sam’s Club at Abilene and Mississippi, Aurora, Co. Juan runs over with his sweet kind smile and face to help with the card swiping, which often doesn’t work. “No problem” he hollers, as he rushes over on the assist. Assists those who need help pumping gas, pulls the pump to the other side of a car. All with a kind loving heart. WE Love You, Juan! Please pay him more, more time off with Tacos and Tequila for dealing with us customers. Another customer at the pump today, just couldn’t say enough about what an awesome human being our Juan is;). . We need more Juan’s in The World! He even allows our hugs of gratitude. WE Love Juan Campaign! 100% deserves Person of The Year!”

“Our family shops here weekly and always have a great experience. Huge fan of their Scan & Go. It allows us to scan as we shop and check out via the app bypassing the lines at the registers. Their curbside pick up is another excellent service that we take advantage. Perfect for picking up our weekly staples.”

“I'm waiting to have tires put on my car and just wanted to brag about the service I got from Angel in the tires' department. He took so much time explaining the difference between what tires I should get and all the warranty coverage that comes with them. He was truly excellent and made my purchase a great one! I'm so glad I got to talk with him. (This was the 3rd tire place I went to in 1 day so I was waiting to talk to someone who felt authentic and not just that they were trying to sell me). Thank you Angel!”

“This club is pretty great! Employees are wonderful (except one of the front door greeters she was very crabby). I will keep coming to this specific Sam's just to get the chance to be helped by Karen again. If a ray of sunshine and your grandma had a baby, that would be her. She absolutely made our day. Sam's, whatever you do, don't let Karen go!!”

“My sister and I have a small in-home business and wanted to obtain membership with Costco to save on some purchases. Luckily we spoke with a very friendly and professional young man in your membership department. Darren! He was a blessing to us because not only did we both get memberships, Darren took the time to explain the different types of memberships Costco offered and what benefits there were with each. We found the membership type that worked best for our needs thanks to him. Costco should be very proud of Darren. He definitely sold us because he was so sure of he was talking about that we felt sure of our decision. Thank you and have a blessed day, Brenden Cato”
