“The sales rep at La Sportiva named Luca was fantastic. He provided top notch customer service. He spent a solid hour fitting me with boots for my upcoming trip to Bolivia. He explained the different boots and fit, including what to expect in high altitude environments. I hadn't realized I've been buying the wrong size boot until I met with Luca! Thank you! ?”

“Had a great experience with purchasing a new pair of running shoes from here! I was able to work with the staff to find a pair that met what I was looking for with their guidance- give each a go on the treadmill. Did not feel rushed or pressured and walked out happy with a pair of shoes.”

“If you want your Newtons, go straight to the source! This store is awesome and the employees are fantastic! They've got everything you need from shoes, socks, shirts, hats, and various other accessories. It's very bright and inviting as well. All of their products are also 100% VEGAN I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me (I'm terrible with names) but he was very personable as well as helpful. This was my second time here, so the first time I visited he had me try out the fate series shoe as an intro to the brand. When I returned today (8 months later) he gave me a rundown on all of the different types of shoes they have and let me try them out. They have some great deals too. Best running shoes and best store you'll find hands down!”

“Dope shoe store. Plus snow, skate, etc. I was visiting Boulder from NY, read the reviews, stopped by, definitely not disappointed. This is a must-check-out spot. Plus they carry some brands and styles you wouldn’t find back east or maybe where you’re from. Check it.”

“The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I came to pick up my Colfax marathon promo shirt, which was supposed to be available for two more days. Unfortunately the colfax people picked all of the Boulder Runners roost shirts up yesterday, but the staff was able to call their Denver location and arrange for my shirt to be shipped to me since I live in northern Colorado. I really appreciated them going out of their way to do that and saving me the further drive into Denver.”

“The selection of clothes here is immaculate. They have so many brands I never thought I'd see in Colorado. One of things that separates them is their customer service. Everyone that works there is super friendly and passionate about the clothing. I've always been offered a sparkling water and learned something new about the pieces they sell. Highly recommend this place.”

“I recently shopped at the Boulder J.Jill Store again. I had done some of my shopping during Covid with them by Online which does require shipping charges, but the few things that did not fit were easy to return to the store so we did not need to pay return shipping fees, which was nice. Last year I went in a time or two to look for some things but found that nothing seemed right for me there so I ordered a few things online later that were just fine, but had to pay shipping. But now when I go in, I need more help as my vision has become too compromised to read the labels and sizing myself and since I can no longer drive, my husband has become part of the shopping experience. The staff was as helpful as possible but with the reduced staffing since 2 longtime sales people have retired, the remaining two other longtime are very busy. They recently helped me to find some new things for spring. One I was able to purchase in the store, one required shipping. Since I had read the reviews, I knew that the item ran large, a bit "over relaxed" in design, so it was lucky that in such a popular item, the only size left was one smaller than I usually wear. Petites as nice as J.Jill are hard to find. The jeans came today and they are just fine.Even though low on staff currently, know that Kathy and Inger will give you all the help you need. And also know, if you have the J.Jill card there is an extra discount on your birthday month, which I was happy to receive on these purchases. It may look like a small store but they sure pack a lot into it, especially in petites, though they carry a full line of extended sizes, better than most places.”

“Love this store. So many things to look at and there is something for everyone. They have super cute baby items and a lot of Colorado stuff. Definitely an interesting assortment of things from locally made jewelry to posters and ornaments. I see a lot of people comment on people not being friendly but every time I go in there they are friendly and helpful but not in your face annoying like some stores. They also have a great sale section so be sure to check that out. I feel like the items are good value for what you get compared to a lot of locally owned stores. Almost everything is under $75”

“Amazing Experience at Allbirds Pearl St!I went to Allbirds not sure of what shoe was best for what I wanted. Cali deserves a special mention for her exceptional knowledge of each shoe. Cali helped me find exactly what I needed! The entire staff was very genuine making me feel more like a friend than just a customer. After several weeks of use, my shoes are have been better than expected. I highly recommend this brand, this store and I look forward to my next visit!”

“I had a great customer service experience here. I bought a pair of super cute boots here, but the first time wearing them they broke. I was nervous I would be out of luck since they were final sale but they replaced them for free!! They were so apologetic and super sweet and were very quick to respond and help me.”

“Stopped in looking for a good pair of shoes to help me remain comfortable in a job where I’m walking 25k+ steps per day… a young guy (forgot to get his name) helped me out and was very knowledgeable. I ended up loving one of the pairs he recommended for my needs.Definitely would say Pedestrian Shops is worth checking out if you need some new shoes and don’t have the knowledge/time to sift through 5,000 options on your own.”

“My healthiest addiction. Besides my wallet gets really skinny. I love both the Free People stores! Mostly the Free Movement one. It’s more comfy workout clothes for women like me. Some of the actual FP clothes fit taller thinner model like body types. However you can always find something. High class hippies or on the go ladies, with a bohemian flair. You’ll be straight hip when you wear Free People. To me I’d rather spend the little money I have on wearing something that feels like me. Go get your shop on and check out Pearl Street. The ladies who I have met working there are all very knowledgeable and down to earth. One of the girls was the official walker. I think her name was Grace… Her job was to walk with people who couldn’t keep up with the Olympic runner. That would be me.”

“The quality of the gear here is excellent. Bought a raincoat and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Colin in particular made the whole experience great. Up near vail a couple days after purchase, and have already received a complement on the jacket I bought. Go here for a peaceful, solid experience. Great gear. Kind folks.”

“I ordered boots online that weren't available anywhere. They were Euro sized and I took a shot and ordered a size up and glad I did. The price was the same as other stores but no one had them in stock. Their service of shipping was amazing. I got them in 3 days! I would definitely buy from them again!”

“The Rack isn't the great place for bargains that it was about 8 years ago. Prices have increased. Some of the quality has gone down too. Finding a great deal now takes some digging. Brands are still good and still a good selection”

“This is my new favorite shoe store! We went in yesterday just before closing. My husband was helping me look for some good walking sandals for our upcoming vacation. Laura, the manager, was straightening up and restocking. But, she stopped and came over to help us. She suggested the perfect sandals for me and I bought them. Love them! I had been searching everywhere. Poor selection and no help at DSW. I am shopping at Famous Footwear from now on. Thank you, Laura!”
