“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”

“Not bad for inexpensive tools. Mostly made in China. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Overall my experience was productive and fun. If you expect top of the line tools this really isn't the plac3 to shop but I'd your lookin for functional tools at very affordable prices, give this outfit a try. Selection is pretty good in most cases but there's a few categories that they're lacking in such as trailer hitches and accessories. Otherwise this is a top notch business and I give em my recommendation for affordable tools”

“The best Homedepot in the Denver metro area. They went way out of their way when I asked about a Halloween animatronic. No rude comments that I got from 3 other Homedepots. They got on the phone called someone looked at me and said Jay will get it down for you. This HD is further and out of my way but I'll be making the trip.”
