“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”
“Roman helped me pick out the best carpet out of the showroom, and really described in detail the whole process to me, including how patterns work with installation. I'm brand new to carpet installs, and he was a joy to talk with. I would shop here again.”

I stopped in the appliance department for assistance with an online order I had placed and Sharon went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the best possible outcome for my situation. After she assisted me, I was much happier with my purchase. So much so that I decided to add another appliance to my order. Today Danny and other guy I'm sorry forgot his name,I was looking for a specific tile and this guys went about any best customer service, they literally flipped the pallet looking for the one I was looking for this guys are Amazing customers service thanks for your help and I'm sorry forgot the other guy name, but if you need Floor service look for Danny and ask who's the other excellent employee who Home Depot should be proud of them they will handle any questions and expect the best customer service thanks guys keep up the great work”
