“Came in today on my way back from a trip to Denver and decided to stop here to upgrade my phone. The previous T-Mobile rep in Fort Collins is saw told me that I could trade in my phone which had some damage. Luckily Brian V saved me from trading it in since it wouldn’t have been tradable anyway and I would’ve lost my old phone for no reason. So i decided to keep it and found a stellar deal on the phone upgrade I’ve wanted for some time and got to keep my old phone as a backup!

“Marlene was AMAZING. I had 4 service tickets into T-Mobile customer care call center for 3 days and they couldn’t resolve my problem. I walked into this store and walked out with all my problems solved. Marlene spent over 2 hours helping me upgrade my phone as the T-Life app wouldn’t work and T-Mobile customer care call center couldn’t process upgrades either - their sister was crashed for over 3 days and still was last night. Marlene had so much patience helping me and was so kind. She truly cared and valued her position. Highly recommend! It’ll be the only T-Mobile store we visit moving forward.”

“We have been into this store several times for an issue with a stand alone Apple Watch. Jason was so patient and helpful getting to the bottom of the problem. Once he had tried everything he could do, he waited on the line with us for tech support and helped communicate with them about the issues, what had been tried, and he advocated for the best service for us and a partial refund for some of the time that service to the watch had not been active. Five stars for Jason who provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.”

“TDS in Arvada is outstanding as compared to their competitors in the area. I appreciate that I can lean across the counter, speak to a live person in the local office, or can actually reach/speak to a real person on the phone. Additionally, for the rare service issues we've had, a tech is here at the specified time within the day, generally. For the few area outages we've had, messaging to customers was present and most issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time. With a couple of competitors running their fiber in our neighborhood, I intend to stay with TDS. A shout out to Chris, Consumer Sales Representative, in the local office, who went above and beyond today! Also, Andrew, one of their home/outside technicians, is the best in troubleshooting and responding to issues.”

I absolutely cant stand Xfintiy as a service provider and Im thrilled we now have Tmobile internet in my area and will be switching to them, but these employees made getting my final bill corrected and service fixed when I was exhausted and absolutely done with calling customer service.”

“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Flatirons. Martin R. was extremely professional and went well beyond what was required to help me. I originally came in because I was unable to receive text messages, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.
While helping me, he also noticed I was being double billed each month for device protection insurance and corrected that as well. On top of that, my screen was cracked and he walked me step by step through how to use my insurance to get it repaired.
Martin didn’t just fix the problem I came in with. He looked at the full picture and made sure everything on my account was right. That level of attention and care is rare. Highly recommend this location and ask for Martin if you can.”
