I’ve never had a credit union rep help me that much. she was also very kinda and sweet snd patient.”

“Laura from insurance needs a raise she’s out here doin the lords work. The rest of y’all workers need retraining or a class on how to maintain composure. People I had talked to before her got disrespectful quick, just for asking them questions that made sense in my head, as if they were annoyed to have to help. Idk if I sounded stupid to them or what, but there was no patience. Laura was the only one that really heard me out till the end of my story and made an effort to understand, she was the one who eventually figured out the order in which things had to go and took the time to really understand and lead me in the right direction. You can tell she’s really a people person. If you’re ever having a tough situation with insurance definitely request her, she’s an incredible worker!”
