“I can't recommend this place more! My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band here about 4 years ago, and every single experience with them has been wonderful. They worked with him on every step getting the ring, they did a fantastic job when I wanted them resized and soldered together, they're always available for a cleaning, and most recently, did a repair! My accent stones were loose, and because I got my ring through then, the shop did the repair for free! But had I not, it would have still been an incredibly fair price! They also finished it extremely quickly. It's such a blessing to have a jeweler in town that you can trust and depend on for wonderful service”
“I had a design in my head for many years for my engagement ring to be reset. Lacey helped design it so beautifully. When I finally moved forward with changing my ring, She also found a way to keep my wedding band as is but still incorporate it into the design. I had tears of joy and she was just as excited to present it to me! I get so many compliments on my ring. Love supporting local, small businesses like theirs.”
“They have so many beautiful rings, necklaces, etc to pick from! The ring my now husband got from here is stunning! I only gave it a 4 star because there was a lady who was very pushy about me re-sizing my ring. She wanted it to be as tight as possible but I was not comfortable with that. Fortunately the next visit it was a gentleman who helped us. I expressed me not wanting to re-size my ring that tiny and he obliged. This was a few years ago so maybe that lady doesn't work there anymore. Over all, very happy and impressed with Kay's and how helpful and friendly their staff are.”
