They did another resizing for free and had it back to me in less than 24 hours. Definitely my go to place for anything jewelry related!”

“I met this lovely Swarovski friend in Castle Rock in Colorado while visiting my best friend. Immediately our connection happened when I shared with her about Cindy and AJ from my Vegas location. They are my persons and love them dearly. We spoke about the ring purchase and how I was disappointed the ring I purchased did not fit well and that I convinced my friend, Angelika to please drive to Castle Rock and exchange while I’m still in town. I had to be mindful that she’s very ill so driving over an hour is a difficult task for her. She agreed reluctantly. Once Dawn introduced herself she offered us assistance and showed us the many pieces of Swarovski’s that may interest us both. Her patience and gracious attention was what we needed. We must have tried on the same ring dozen of times before making a decision. But through it all she remained excellent and positive.
