Being a factory outlet store they have discounts and promotions regularly. The staff is helpful too in case you have any questions.
The clearance section is nicely arranged based on clothing size . That’s a plus as most other stores just mix all the sizes in clearance section.”
“I had a great experience at Skechers the other day. One of their staff members, Jake, helped me pick out some socks for myself. You could tell he was on the newer side but nonetheless he was extremely helpful-you can tell he really puts in the work! He was very friendly and nice while checking me out for my socks. You can tell that Jake really loves his job here. I can’t wait for my next visit at Skechers!”

“Do not buy from any of their "pop up" stores. I work at a hospital and bought 5 pair, they rung me up and packed my shoes in a bag and I did not check. When I got home and realized they forgot a pair we called them immediately, the number did not connect to anyone. We went online, found a corporate number and they requested a receipt and 2-3 days, it's been much more. As a customer, Croc's have no accountability when it comes to those "pop-up", which is disappointing. Still a good shoe.
I kept this up, so as to highlight what it means to have customer service, which in my experience is fading quickly.
Below there is a reply from Croc's representative, who was able to get our issue taken care of in a professional and expedite time frame. They were helpful and empathic in regards to the issue. You don't get this kind of customer service now days!”

Inventory is ok. It's an outlet so don't expect the latest gear but there are lots of clearance items and good deals on last season gear.
Good easy access corner lot, close parking.”
“It's an under armour store.... Nothing too incredible. However, they did have the cheapest shoes in the entire outlet for men. Paid half of what th shoes are online. I am going to try and go back again for the prices!”

“Drove up from Colorado Springs to buy four pairs of Johnson Murphy’s. Walked in with our dog and the manager/worker raised his voice and demanded to know if it was a service dog. I said no, he said we had to leave then, we are not pet friendly.. Extremely rude, nothing polite about the companies rules. Will not spend $500 to $600 in there again. Just ordering online is a lot more polite”
