My go-to for shoes, packs, gels/nutrition, socks, bottles, and clothes. When buying shoes, employees here are so great at helping to find the best shoe for what I need, no matter how many I try on or how long it takes. They also have a 30 day return window for shoes, worn or not, which is ???

“I stopped by with an odd job that several other tailors said they couldn’t help me with. Mike was exceptionally friendly and told me he could fix my watchbands while I waited. I had another shoe repair place adjust my previous watchband in Arizona and Mike did so much of a better job. Rather than just cutting it and sewing it, he came up with a creative workaround to make it look a million times better than the one I had previously done. You can’t tell it’s been adjusted. His customer service was excellent and his work was superb. Highly recommended for whatever your project.”

“I ordered two pair of boots from Berkeley supply. When they arrived, there was an issue with one of them, a pair of factory seconds Red Wing 9423 Beckmans (Black Excalibur). In the 9423 box was a pair of 9419 Beckmans (Black Cherry Excalibur). I was worried that I would not be able to return them since the site states there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on factory seconds. I emailed them and Eli quickly got back with me. He stated that this switch up had never happened before and must have been an issue from Red Wing. In the end, he covered the cost for return shipping, the box FedEx required me to purchase, and issued a refund for the original purchase price of the 9423s. Eli and his crew were great throughout the whole process. I ended up going back to them and bought two more pairs of boots and look forward to their arrival.”

“Helpful staff. They speak both English and Spanish. They give you time to try and decide, they are helpful when you ask questions. I recommend they stock on socks to help clients try on the boots. I also recommend they include the tax in the price so it is clear how much you end up paying. I wish they had more models of boots. Other than that good experience and I got what I came for.”
“I've been a frequent flyer of this Vans store for well over ten years and I have to say that every experience has been amazing. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family. The space is small enough to feel intimate but large enough to stroll through with plenty of space.
The staff are helpful and sweet, and are happy to assist when asked. ?
