“Highest functioning post office ever!! This is a very large post office with a BMEU acceptance office.
Clerks are great, carriers deliver mail. Everyone has a high level of postal understanding necessary to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.”
“Love this location and all of the staff here. I come here about once a week for work things, and they’re always so helpful and kind. They’re friendly and chatty, but never at the expense of keeping the line moving. They’re typically short handed so they might be busy from time to time, but they always do their best to keep things efficient.”
“What a great and convenient stop. A mini postal with boutique shopping on the side. They can do almost all services as a regular post office. I’ve sent out my packages and bought stamps. The prices are more generous than UPS with a decent delivery window. The staff is great. Tracey is wonderful and has been so helpful every time. Thanks.”
“Best out of the post offices near me.They are helpful friendly and know what they are doing. I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”
“Just want to post a positive review for this post office location today. I had made a mistake and dropped off a package that was meant for another provider.
A gentleman named Jason and his staff helped me track it down. I am so thankful for the excellent customer service and understanding. in addition while I was in there picking the package up a young lady was helping a customer with a situation. She was actually able to get a mail carrier on the phone to confirm he had this gentleman’s items and they would be delivered shortly. These are just a few examples of the professional service that I witness at this location. I drop off packages just about every other day I always see lots of smiles and patience from staff. This is a very busy Post Office and they should be commended.

“I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.”

“Small local post office very helpful with any postal needs you may have. I have a PO box there and my mail is always handled with care. It is a older shop but it's comfortable and works well for all the basic postal needs.”
“Superb experience signing up for a USPO Box this week. The welcoming, professional, and quite patient staff member easily answered my questions as I initially stopped by the ask some clarifying questions as well as when I stopped by to complete the process (after then completing a required registration online). I was never rushed, and really felt welcomed to my new neighborhood.”

This post office, like all US post offices, is severely understaffed & underfunded because US Congress’ Republicans have deliberately underfunding the US Postal Service (USPS) for years their goal of privatizing all US post offices!!”

“I usually dislike going to USPS because it always feels stressful and time consuming, but this experience completely changed my mind. Linda took the time to personally show me how the kiosk worked and walked me through the entire process step by step. She was patient, professional, and made everything incredibly easy. “Had an appointment today for a passport and photos and, honestly, I was dreading it. The wait. The process. All of it.
I showed up about 25 minutes early and somehow got called back a few minutes before my appointment. And honestly? Aside from this old post office building being a little warm inside, the experience was amazing.
You know why? Ernest in the passport office. That guy is amazing. Super friendly, super efficient, and he plays great music back there too.
My appointment was scheduled at 11:45. I’m sitting in my car finishing this review at 11:49.

“Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.”

“First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. I am so grateful for her helping me today and this post office must be so grateful to have a kindhearted person like her on the staff!”

“I arrived at 1:53 at this absolute cesspool of a postal office. Yes, I clearly saw the “Closed for lunch 2:00-3:00” sign & and kept yanking at the door until Cameron begrudgingly opened it for me. He gave me the typical gone-postal comments of how people like me ruin his day, how he hates being eternally overworked and underpaid & how they’re closed for lunch for a reason. I told him to have a better day because I don’t let wage slaves bully me. But hey, still 5 stars for me cuz I was out by 1:59. Thanks for the speedy service, Cameron ?”
