“What a great and convenient stop. A mini postal with boutique shopping on the side. They can do almost all services as a regular post office. I’ve sent out my packages and bought stamps. The prices are more generous than UPS with a decent delivery window. The staff is great. Tracey is wonderful and has been so helpful every time. Thanks.”

They have always been helpful, and work with me when I have annoying little requests. They always let me use their dolly and don't complain about the hundreds of pounds of shredding I bring in. Lalitha is my favorite, always saying hello with a smile. I think it's a great location with friendly service.”

“This is THE BEST UPS Store ever. Anywhere. I dropped off some amazon returns the other day and a personal item I had received with a note card and a pair of earrings had inadvertently gotten dropped off with the returns. I contacted the shop and Chris was SO helpful. He tracked down the returns that I had dropped off from my tracking receipt and went above and beyond to look through all of the returns and found the earrings and gift card. CHRIS SAVES THE DAY! “To the owners Pam & Terry Schmitt (as listed on the business card): Give Kenneth a substantial raise promptly, please. (I believe that was his name, this is dayys later, so apologies if I got it wrong). The moment we entered he acknowledged us and let us know he'd be right with us and once it was our turn he was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Additionally, he did this all with enthusiasm and humor that you do NOT see everyday, especially in jobs that *could* be considered repetitive or mundane. He did an exemplary job of assisting not only myself and my husband, but the others in the store as well while keeping the overall ambiance light and pleasant without feeling overbearing. His customer service skills are enviable. If I were still working in customer service I would have tried to recruit him which is why I would urge you to increase his wages to show your appreciation for him and to further solidify his place in your establishment.

Conveniently located right next to a post office, you are able to get all of your shipping needs knocked out in one simple trip versus driving miles in between stores. Not to mention the customer service is 5 stars. Definitely worth my drive from Belleview station because this Pack & Ship store is better than any UPS store in the area.”
