“This place is lovely! Friendly, responsive staff that go above and beyond, especially Karen and Reuben! The monthly get-togethers are wonderful! It’s beautiful here in every season! I can’t say enough good things about The Resort at University Park! All staff are wonderful especially the maintenance team: David, Dave and Travis!”
“The best apartment complex I have lived at. Everyone is so professional and sweet. Whenever I have an emergency with maintenance, they resolve my issues asap! I would recommend this place to everyone.”
“Deziree has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a community manager. She was incredibly professional, communicative, and made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. Kennedy also gave an amazing tour to me and my boyfriend! Truly one of the best tours we’ve had! Highly recommend Broadmoor Ridge.”
“I was recently a vendor for the fall event at Elements. Rachel showed encouragement and support to all of us working the event. I was deeply grateful as it was my first event, and she took her time and was willing to help. It was a pleasure working with you, and your assistance was greatly appreciated. Quick shoutout to Shae, who also provided excellent prompt and professional service. Thank you for the invite, and I look forward to working with you in future events.”
“Submitted a couple of service requests in the afternoon, Craig showed up the next day within the earliest time frame I chose. He was friendly, efficient and took care of everything with a great attitude.”
“I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes in Colorado Springs, and Blue Dot was the best experience by far. If I had any questions or required any assistance, management was extremely responsive and helpful. On top of that, plenty of restaurants and things to do are within a 2-5 min walking distance. If I didn’t have to move out of state, I would have continued to live here much longer.”
“I'm impressed with all the new updates that have been made, like the new paint job, reno of the laundry rooms and the new carpet. The management is also great when you're in a tight spot. However recently the door code was changed last minute and we were not notified until I had to call and inquire. Communication could improve.”
“I've lived here for about a month now. It's quiet and it's nice. However, I would not give it a full 5 stars because the parking situation is horrible, especially after 6 pm. The garages are a little pricey but might be worth it. Most days I have to park in the front and walk a ways to my building. Also, there were a couple of repairs that needed to be done upon moving it, and some of the previous repairs are kind of sloppy. For example, there were paint spots on the floors, and some of the appliances were old and worn. Plus, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be moving in. They are prompt about repairs and the staff are extremely nice. Crystal made my move in as easy as possible, and she was very informative and down to earth. I would recommend it.”
“i am updating my review because they went above and beyond to correct my initial review. I love the apartments. And appreciate the maintenance team as well! Thank you.”
“Thank you Floyd Marks! The best new maintenance supervisor ever! Fixed our AC in less than 10 minutes. Our bedroom was blowing hotter at 74° and the living room was 64°. He managed to replace the filter and clean the fan. It is much cooler in our room now! Thank you so much!”
“Shoutout to Danielle and Lea at Dorman. We just moved out of state and were tenants for almost 5 years. Dorman is one of the better property managers we’ve ever dealt with in our last 15 years of renting. Incredibly fast response to maintenance requests! Every vendor we ever dealt with was prompt and professional. If you’re a prospective tenant in COS looking for a PM that’s attentive to the property, these would be the people. I recommend!”
“Im a current resident and I absolutely love it here. I moved from Denver and have never been to the springs prior to this and it's been such a lovely change. The community is wonderful, 90% of the people down here are much kinder and more compassionate than people in Denver, including the property manager, Heather.
My partner and I fell behind on our rent and we have been trying everything and anything to get it back in order. Heather, 1000 thank yous, gave us an extra day to get funds in order. She didn't have to, she was kind and understanding and because of this kindness we have a home to stay in.
The community is clean and taken care of. Regularly scheduled maintenance with an advanced notice, and multiple reminders. The maintenance team is very efficient and does a wonderful job.
They offer Flex! Great for if you need flexible payments.
My upstairs neighbors are kind. Couldn't ask for better neighbors.
I could not recommend a better apartment to lease with.
They let me pick my apartment!
I arguably got one of the best placed apartments so I might be a little biased :)
Thank you everyone at The Knolls at Sweetgrass.”
“Sarah is phenomenal! She found a unit that was perfect for my family and made the application/moving process seemless. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to her and her team at Mountain View Apartments! Definitely would recommend!!!”
“I have lived here a long time and I can tell you this , when Diana came to work here , things changed. She is a great asset to this community! This has always been a great place to live.”
“Going on just about a year living here, don’t really have anything to complain about. Wade from maintenance does a really good job with any maintenance requests. Maintenance in general does a really good job handling requests in a timely manner.”
“A family member of mine lives here and absolutely loves how nice everyone is. I personally don't like how often the elevators go down and how often the tenants try jamming big bags of trash in the tiny chutes which forces everyone to carry them downstairs to the trash room. The staff overall seem friendly and helpful.”
“The customer service at this property is amazing. I was having difficulty contacting a sister site, and the front desk went above and beyond to help connect me with the right person even though it wasn’t their responsibility. It was such a wonderful experience. Thank you for your time and assistance!”
“Updated: The staff has been kind and helpful from the move-in process til now. Thanks for the work you do to provide all of us with affordable housing for the expensive area we are in.”
“New management has made a huge difference. I've noticed a big change in the loitering and overall sketchy people hanging around since the new security team was hired. Bryson specifically has been a major factor in keeping the place monitored and secure. He is friendly and knows what he is doing.”
“This shout out goes to Nate, for his mad plumbing skills as well as his trustworthiness. Brianna and Shawn, as well as the residents, all contribute to making The Incline feel like home. Thanks y'all!”
“I lived here for 3 years. Moved out in August of 2025. I put in a few maintenance requests and they were all dealt with immediately. Apartments are great, staff is fantastic, neighbors are fantastic. And if your job requires cardio, best track in town around quail lake. Parking lot security is advertised, but I never saw any. No issues regardless. Great place!”
“We do not live here, however I just wanted to write a review about our experience touring and visiting with the Manager (Taylor) we enjoyed our tour with him and felt like he was very honest with us up front about some of the Google reviews we had seen prior to visiting. Anytime you are looking for a place to live and see bad reviews you are skeptical, however when Taylor brought this up (without us even mentioning it) it showed us that he is a man of honesty and integrity. He told us that he is currently still in the process of making the building better and wants to continue moving in the right direction with making this place home for people. During our tour we were allowed to bring our Golden Retriever in which was super nice! We loved the pool, the outdoor area and common areas. The people we met during our tour were friendly and we easily could have made this place home. In the end we decided to keep looking only because our Golden Retriever would be more happy with a yard. If you are thinking of making this place home but are nervous because of the reviews, I encourage you to go in and meet Taylor first. What we have learned is any place you live at (unless you buy lol) will have people who are unhappy, don't make a judgment on a place until you actually see it and meet some people.”
“I visited Bella Springs with a bro looking for a place in Colorado Springs a Saturday ago. He ended up moving elsewhere based on prices…y’all’s prices are good but he is low end. I just have to give a shout out, the dude that toured us was super chill. He had an appointment scheduled at the time but we waited. Guy came back and met us with the biggest smile and had a killer attitude. I think his name was Tylor but he was the only one there. Shout out my dude!!!!”
“De’ja was so helpful and professional. When I asked her a bunch of questions about the application process, she was so patient. The property itself was very nice & clean! It’s also in a great location!”
“It was a grate process over all!!! The signing of the least a move in went smoothly. And it also was way more convenient being able to sign the lease thru the online portal which helped save a lot of time! I feel you guys are grate, an I don’t see any thing y’all could have done to make it any better! Complete 5 stars for you guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!”
“Update: the office gave $75 credit for 7 days of no heat. That barely covers 1 night. The true return should be, $41.77 x 7days.... or $292.42. Its actually zero stars, Flagged both mine and hers.... you can call me "O" & I live here, Thank you for checking, the panel, (1500w breakers, if my little 1500 watt heater) was tripping the breaker; while the pipes broke upstairs....
If it is a power surge (or all the other heaters or a cold front, or a bad breaker) causing the heater to shut off..............
obviously the apartment building was so cold it was unreasonably useless during that time. I live here, "the front desk" gave me a crappy little heater to plug in that trips the breaker all the time.....
Then my boyfriend asked about it, "front desk" was very disrespectful to him claiming he was being disrespectful to her. 1st of, you are obligated to accommodate me reasonably and correctly. The main boiler heater was off for 7 consecutive nights 12/26/24 to 01/02/25. During which the house was freezing. The pipe you have the building water off to fix, only broke because the heater was off for 7 days straight. And your attitude about when that would be back on is also unacceptable. Update, ""A manger"" < in quotes>, claims to live in a home, where the breaker will flip if they run 'too many' heaters. First off all... electrical your guy said the heater was over amped for the breaker, as a result the accommodation provided did not meet minimum state requirement.
The picture We posted had summarized the level of respect.... the deleting is just as rude. Zero stars. Working example below”
“I love that the management here listens to our concerns and I am looking forward to my renewal process. I can already tell the difference with the new parking permit, I already see available spaces to park! Thank you!”
