“We purchased our home in 2021 and decided in 2022 that we wanted to upgrade the 23 year old fireplace. We went to the Advantage Fireplace showroom and found the perfect fireplace and gorgeous black metal mental. The original fireplace also had a surround with a mixture of wood and brick and we wanted all brick only. Amazingly the brick layer was able to go to Classic Homes and they still had the original brick to replace the old brick. The bricklayer did an amazing job and the entire team at Advantage Fireplace including the owner and his son were very professional and turned our outdated fireplace into a brand new stunning showpiece in our living room. We would recommend Advantage Fireplace to everyone.”

This place is wholesale only, but being new to the area and needing to fix my heat quick after multiple companies who turned out inconsistent or dishonest, I wasn’t sure where to turn. The man who helped me here was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest and he pointed me in the right direction for how to fix my heating and gave me recommendations for good HVAC companies around town.”

“I have always had really good service at Ferguson plumbing but this past week there were two instances where I received exceptional service. The first was last Saturday where one of their employees Tony(who was extremely busy)took the time and ask me questions about the job I was working on and made sure I had all the parts to finish the job. The second instance was when I showed up after Ferguson plumbing had closed for the day and the manager Jeremy who is getting ready to leave got back out of his truck and asked me what I needed. I told him I just needed a few fittings to finish a small plumbing job that I was working on and to my surprise he open the store back up and got me the parts I needed. I have nothing against any of the other supply houses in town but Ferguson plumbings staff sets them apart and that’s why their the first place I go when I start a project.”

He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. “Thank you David for all the patience, help and extensive knowledge! This place has tons of options, way more than I expected. I wish we knew about this location before we bought our mattress. Tons of good deals. Really friendly and helpful staff. Everyone seemed down to earth and ready to help. Our refrigerator died suddenly and we are in the middle of planning and paying for a wedding. David gave us an additional discount and sold us a 10 year warranty for our brand new Samsung refrigerator. I will be back and I will be spreading the news. Thank you again!!”

“I have had a lot of great experiences. So, I don't want to be that guy and give them a 1 star because of one bad experience. There are lots of helpful people there and they honor Veterans. Today though, I was a little disappointed. My daughter used my truck to pick up a piece of plywood. She is a Senior in High-school. They were nice enough to put the wood in the back but when asked if it would be fine just propped up against the side of the bed without any straps etc. they said yes. Going down the street at 20 miles per hour is flew out. I should have gone with her in the first place. But I went back with her to get it off the street. At this point, maybe 15 minutes later it was gone. I told her to go back with her receipt and explain what had happened and they told her it was her fault. Maybe not so much a reflection on this store but on the world we live in. I was taught to treat women with respect and be courteous. O well, I guess to some people this is progress. For now on I will make sure I am with her and not depend on the kindness of strangers.”

“Last Thursday I had an appointment scheduled for today, Saturday, and I drive about 70 miles one way to be told they do not have a Tech. The Geek Squad member was rude, told me my only option was a non Best Buy Store if I wanted help or come back in 10 days. Not once did the Geek Squad member ask why I was frustrated as he began to talk down to me when I asked to speak with a manager. I was able to speak with Breanna who listened to my concerns, and was able to help me out. This store started out with a 1 star review today, but due to Breanna's customer service skills, I feel a 4 out of 5 stars is appropriate.”

“I called every Home Depot, Lowes and ace hardware in town trying to get anyone to answer a question for me. This location is the ONLY store that actually answered the phone and tracked down the guy I needed to speak with about getting some wood cut. My husband and I showed up, picked out what we needed and Joshua (young guy, curly hair, very very nice) handled the cuts we needed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!”
