I didn't find what I was looking for but I didn't leave empty handed either. The overall look was as organized as can be, staff were friendly, and the cashier gentleman was very nice and patient. “This particular store has given me a better opinion of Save a lot.They have a much better produce section than the other chain grocery stores I have been to in Col Springs. You do have to keep an eye on the dates of the prepackaged meats, dairy, etc since i did notice they turn a bit quicker than I expected.Oh! And I would be remiss if I did not tell you to try the chocolate flan (only if the flan looks smooth tho)! Yum!”
“The young guy who is a cashier is on the autism spectrum. He sometimes stares off which can look like he is not being friendly. I have witnessed his kindness like taking elderly peoples purchases out to their vehicle. He helped a lady who locked her keys in her van get them out. He goes above and beyond to help. Though I have also seen nasty rude customers be very rude to him.”

“Most of the staff here provide gracious customer service. There are a few that are obviously unhappy about their job and will scan one item more than once, causing you to pay extra. They roll their eyes at you in the aisle or just ignore you when you approach them for help. But the good ones make shopping here so pleasant. I wish the ones who don't like to be there would at least be courteous enough to properly scan our items. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon.”
“Good bargains. Gotta highlight that my bf and I bought a gummies package and they were the tasteless and most artificial candy we had tried. Days later, when we went to return them they showed no problem and were willing to give us something in return for it's price. That was great. ??On the other hand there were little to none gluten free options in the food aisle. That's something that really needs to be improved ?”
“I love this store. There is so much to look at and shop for. One of my favorite parts is the beauty section because I can find so much of what my family needs. I have several teenage daughters and we can find nail polish, make up, facial cleanser, brushes and sponges. I also love the seasonal section. They always have a nice variety of home decor to shop from. My gamer kid loves all of the tech lights and gadgets too. It's a definite stop if you want cute things for under $5.”

“There is a little bit of everything but not a huge selection in any one department. Specifically, I was looking for new makeup brushes. I found one style of makeup brushes and that was it. They unfortunately weren't going to work for me. Lots of T-shirts, but not well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is self checkout and so far has been quick and easy to use and get out of there fast.”

“This place is what you'd expect from a Dollar Tree. You can find some really useful items as well as name brand items like dish soap and rubbermaid for really affordable prices. The store was a bit tore up and messy, but there only seemed to be one lady running the whole place. It's worth a stop if you are in the area or need simple items or snacks. Tons of parking and loads of nearby shops to visit as well in this plaza.”
“Any store that doesn't accept the legal state ID doesn't deserve a 5* rating. Great prices and great staff, however this store doesn't support Mother Earth by being Eco friendly. There are many of us that have refused to renew our ID's with processed plastic, which consumes a lot of our resources as well.So if you're smart, love the earth, or care about the natural resources then do not give this franchise your business.They go out of their way to not accept an ID unless it's created with fossil fuels. Save the earth by being digital? Family dollar doesn't support the earth.Empirical evidence right here. Besides it's the state law that they have to accept an ID from the official state app. So they also broke a law. But they don't get in trouble for breaking a law.Does that mean I don't have to follow the laws either? They are leaders in raising poverty awareness, even tho they don't tap into that leadership role.The opposite of sarcasm is sincerity, and I am not sarcastic.”

“Family Dollar no long exists. Although the name is still used, nothing is a dollar anymore. Most item prices are compatible with convenience stores, ie: 7-11, Loaf n Jug, Kum n Go. But there are more selections and variety of goods broader. There are some items priced at $1.25, so do some investigating before investing. Otherwise the store is clean and organized and the staff friendly and helpful.”

If you've been in one dollar tree you've been in them all. Cheap prices, sometimes at the cost of quality, sometimes not. Their Vienna sausages, however, are overpriced compared to most grocery stores.”
