About Dollar Car Rental
Dollar Car Rental provides a straightforward rental service, often with friendly and helpful staff who are solution-oriented during stressful situations. The appointment process is easy, and staff are personable, sometimes providing free upgrades. Vehicles are typically clean and ready, and the drop-off process is quick and painless. The location, however, requires a long walk from the terminal, which can be inconvenient with luggage. A notable policy is that credits are only valid for future rentals with Dollar. While occasional oversights, like an expired registration in a vehicle, can occur, staff resolve these issues promptly by exchanging the car without hassle. Overall, the experience is positive, with reliable cars and helpful service encouraging customers to return.

We absolutely enjoyed the Jeep Rubicon. I felt very safe traveling around Colorado in it. We are now considering purchasing one!
Thanks
