Hertz Car Rental - Colorado Springs Airport

Car Rental
Hours: Hertz Car Rental at Colorado Springs Airport offers a convenient location right across from baggage claim, often having the car and keys ready for a very quick pickup, sometimes in under 30 seconds. The vehicles, including trucks and SUVs, are generally reliable and get customers to their destinations. Many employees are noted as great, kind, and helpful to work with. However, experiences with staff can be inconsistent, with some customers encountering rude service at the counter. The condition of the rental vehicles is a frequent concern. Customers have received cars with issues like low washer fluid, minimal tire pressure triggering warnings, and a lack of cruise control buttons that are easy to find. More seriously, some vehicles, including trucks, have been rented out in dirty conditions, featuring dog hair, stains, dirt, bad smells, and water-stained windshields. This has led to feedback that the company should be more professional in ensuring rentals are properly cleaned and ready for the next customer.
