He was extremely helpful and explained differences in pillows to include picking the right loft for my neck. After trying them for as long as I needed. I chose a Sleepys Charcoal medium cool pillow. After originally speaking with Howard he felt this would be the best pillow for me. He was right. He is a very good sales person. Really knows his stuff.”
