Worst distribution center! I sent my documents via express mail, so it could be delivered in 1-2 days! Until now it is still in this distribution center! No update yet! Why the heck I paid for express mail when they can’t delivered it in express!

Can’t get ahold of anyone. Bot tells me it understands I want to speak to representative but then won’t let me?

The mailman delivered an expensive item to the wrong house and lied about trying to get it back. It has been 3 days and no call back. I have called over 30 times and 0 reply. There needs to be accountability. This is disgraceful
