The lady was wonderful but the guy admonished her for something she had no control over in front of a room full of people. That was horrible.

I love this post office! I’ve always had the most pleasant experiences with staff - they’re always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve also not had to wait more than a few minutes in line, but most of the time I can walk right up. Highly recommend this place if you need to mail something.

They have helped me with many different mail issues-international shipping, change of address, etc. I am happy they have the self service option as well I use it all the time.
