While I'm not a fan of the USPS in general (bad experiences with lost packages), the employees at the Cheyenne Mountain location are always super friendly and helpful. So much so, that I'm surprised that some of these negative reviews. I wonder if they are referencing a different location?

Not sure all the negativity comes from but my personal experience has been that they have all been great. I've never had an issue that they haven't been able to take care of promptly. Bill is probably one of my most favorite down there but I've never had about experience with any of them.
