“I've been living here for a year but finally submitting a review after my first experience with maintenance.
Tae was great: super friendly and quick to resolve my issues. I had multiple maintenance requests in, he knocked them all out in one visit and showed me how to prevent some of the issues from reoccurring. He even found another issue I wasn't aware of.
I also want to shout out Keegan from the front office, he made the move in process super easy last year, giving me tours of multiple units and answering all my questions in the first few weeks after moving in.”

“Love it here!! The ALMI staff (including maintenance, etc) is the best!! It’s been so nice to have consistent staff. Bryce and Savanna have been extremely personable and helpful. Richy has also been great! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. What blew me away recently was when I woke up to see that maintenance took the time to shovel our patio after getting snow overnight! The sidewalks and courtyard were cleared too. The maintenance staff here works hard- working early mornings, keeping the community clean, and overall preventative maintenance. I can’t say enough amazing things about AMLI Denargo Market and feel so lucky to have found such a great place to call home.”

“I’ve been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can’t say enough about how safe and secure it feels here. The property is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of care from the management team. Bianca and Cole, in particular, are fantastic—they’re always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live.
I love how centralized this place is, allowing for shorter commute time to most places.
Living next to the train tracks has been fine for me. The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area.
The property staff does a wonderful job communicating any repairs or maintenance updates, whether it’s with the amenities or anywhere on the property. They’re transparent about timelines and always keep us informed, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication to resident comfort.
Of course, there are going to be issues no matter where you move, but what stands out here is how the community handles them. What’s more, there are a handful of residents who are proactive and genuinely work together to be part of the solution. It’s refreshing to see a community that cares and collaborates to maintain a positive living environment.
Front Range Patrol is also very responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and effectively, which adds to the peace of mind here. It’s clear the property management prioritizes safety, quality, and community, making this a great place to call home.”
“This review is for the maintenence team and Jayson M. Maintenence has always been amazing at what they do and their timeliness is everything, morning and evening!!! During the preventative maintenence timeframe Jayson was able to alleviate issues with my fridge, closet, and dryer all within the same day! Amazing work!!!”
“I have lived at Luxe for about a year and a half and have had a fantastic experience. From the amenities, staff, and security, Luxe at Mile High is run with excellence in every way. The amenities are wonderful! I use the gym, hot tub, and bark park daily. There are always staff available up front to help, and they do such a great job fostering a welcoming and enjoyable community with great attitudes and monthly events that are super fun. Nicole from the front office was so helpful getting me settled in initially and has always been a friendly face around the complex. There are also always staff cleaning the halls and amenities. Luxe values cleanliness! Another thing that was a big deal to me as a young female living in Denver is safety. The 24/7 on site security puts me at ease as well as all of the other safety measures in place. If you’re searching for a place to live in Denver, I don’t think you will find anywhere better than Luxe!”

She greets every resident, knows every one by name, and really cares about the people who live here, who work here, and her job. Caitlin gets things done effectively and efficiently, and has management written all over her. Someone needs to promote her! As long as she works here, I will be a happy tenant!”

David, Sara and Carson are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They make every interaction easy and always go above and beyond to take care of everyone and anyone who swings through the front office.
Huge shout out the entire maintenance team, particularly Chris and Tommy. They’re responsive, thorough and always fix things quickly. It’s clear they take pride in their work, care about keeping the property in top shape and making residents happy. I know that when I put a request in it will addressed ASAP.
Outside of the staff, the location can’t be beat. It’s super close to everything I need and I feel very safe at night. Between the amazing staff and great area, it's become home and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking in the area.”
