“My very old iMac froze and wouldn’t fully reboot - time for a fix. Fallen Apple had stellar reviews so that’s where I went. The diagnostic showed that the hard drive was still good, it was other parts that quit - time for an upgrade. Caleb understood my work environment and bent over backwards to get me back in the game. Depending on my budget he seemed to have an option or two to offer. Ultimately I bought a refurbished iMac from Fallen Apple, Caleb loaded everything from my old hard drive to the new machine; once loaded he made sure it was up and running.
Great attitude, great service; he’s now in my ‘contacts’ since he’s the first person I will go to if the need ever comes up again. Thank you Caleb!!”

“Extremely knowledgeable staff, replaced nearly every component of my iPhone 16 Pro for way less than it would have been to replace this device. Could not be more grateful for them helping me out as much as they did! My phone had fallen so hard that the front screen, rear glass, LiDAR Scanner glass and the titanium frame all needed replaced. “I took my iPod in to replace the battery and possible the cracked screen. I left after giving a $50. down payment. I received a call telling me they could not replace the battery of screen themselves and would have to send it out. I then asked if they could transfer some of the info I had on the old ipod into another iPod I had. They say yes and returned to the store with the new iPod. when I returned, they said they were not able to do a transfer yet not refund get $50.
OK, first off, I will never return, but more importantly, to recognize that not returning my $50. is more important than doing the right thing. With a business practice like that, I hope a business like yours does not flourish because we don't need service like that in Denver.”

“I had a great experience at this location, they were able to replace my screen within a couple of hours, and took extra steps to ensure my experience was satisfactory after having a less-than-ideal experience at a couple of other locations. I hope I don't have to return any time soon, but if I need electronics repaired I would choose this location.”
“I just wanted to share a story about Matt (from the store on South Colorado) and his exceptional customer service he provided me. I went in today with a dead battery and he tested it to confirm. Rather than just sell me a new battery, he looked up where I had gotten the battery from (O'Reilly) and told me to call them to ask for a warranty, rather than just sell me on a new one. Sure enough it was under warranty and, because my car was dead, he even DROVE ME to the O'Reilly down the street then waited for me outside while I got a new one. Again driving me back to the store and then proceeded to put in the new battery (into a notoriously difficult battery spot) in my car and made sure all was good before letting me go. Batteries Plus didn't get a dime from the effort, but Matt did all this anyway. What exceptional customer service! You surely made a lifelong customer of me today for all my battery needs going forward. Thank you so much Matt!”

“The kind of place that used to be everywhere and is now hard to find. $25 feet to see what the problem is. Total cost was $41. Simple repair that kept another TV out of a landfill. While I was in the shop, the owner told another person that it would be cheaper to buy a new TV than to replace a damaged screen. I love that kind of sage honesty. Well worth $25 to get an honest assessment of you electronics problem.”

“I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. I’m a big fan of reduce, reuse and recycle, so I really wanted to fix my TV and not replace it with a new one. I have a 3 yo Samsung LED and it simply stopped powering on. I called the A1 number and spoke with Coach, and he quickly walked me through how to reset my TV to see if I could avoid needing additional work done. My TV was still not working so we scheduled a drop off for the following morning. Drop off was quick and easy. Later that afternoon I got a text letting me know my TV was working and that it could be picked up. Drop off to pick up in 24 hrs and now a functioning TV is why I’m giving 5 stars. Repairing the TV cost me 1/5 of what it would cost to buy a brand new one. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I’m glad I won’t miss the Broncos game this weekend because of the speed of the repairs.”
“They repaired my kitchen aid mixer and my Oreck vacuum recently and did a great job. Both machines are 15+ years old and work like new now. They send you an email at each step of the process and call before you incur additional charges. The repairs were not cheap but better than having to buy new machines. They were very nice and got the repairs done as estimated and fairly quickly considering it’s the holidays. I highly recommend!”

They were super kind. I brought it and they fixed it for an amazing price and they fixed it very quickly! They also didn’t make me pay a cleaning fee, it was free cleaning service.
