“Sammy was seriously awesome! 😂 I called about getting the back of my iPhone repaired, and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me a really fair price. I actually ended up deciding not to repair my phone because I’m just going to get a new one, but honestly, Sammy was so cool and helpful that I still wanted to leave a review. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people, which is honestly hard to find. 10/10 experience and 10/10 customer service. If I ever need a phone repaired in the future, I’ll definitely be going back to Sammy! Coolest dude.”

“We recently stopped by the store to transfer our existing cell numbers from Xfinitiy to Cricket. Valentina was extremely helpful and super nice. She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.”

“Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep. They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”

“Thank you Alex for taking a few moments out to help us get rid of our protect+ on our lines today. I really appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to assist their customer base. The lady at the total wireless on Peoria told us today, we would have to make our way all the way back to the store in order for her to help us just take that off our bill. She really wasnt interested in assisting us. This might be tmi, but our car broke down 4 weeks ago, and we've been having to veo, bus and Uber everywhere. Its expensive and inconvenient for us. Alex saved us from having to go through all of that. You are great at what you do, sir.”

“There are truly kind people in this world and this business is run by one of those. We are having a really difficult last few days with our older Autistic non-verbal kid who uses his iPhone as a communication device, he was agitated at his ABA therapy today and smashed the screen on his iPhone 12 Pro Max. The gentleman that helped me saw my boy, realized he's special needs and gave me a discount that nobody else would even come close to. Its a small gesture but something that made our day. I really really appreciate the kind gesture. I wish you a lot of success in your business.”

“Store Mgr Cesar is amazing. We have had our whole family on Cricket for some years and Cesar has helped whenever we need a new phone. But honestly, we never need anything else because service and price are stable and reliable. We love that there is no contract but we never consider leaving. I brought my elderly mom in to port her over from a problematic company and add her to our family plan. Cesar spent 1.5 hours with us bc the original company was throwing up barriers ( long wait times, etc) to her making the switch. He managed the entire process with calm and expertise. We drive past 3 Cricket stores in order to work with Cesar. His colleague was lovely, knowledgeable, and patient with us, and she managed the customers who came in while we tied up Cesar. She was also fabulous!”

“I've been taking various cell phones to this place over the last several years and they are always super polite, helpful and always give quote before doing any work. Brought my iPhone 11 in today because the camera was not focusing and making fizzling sounds. Google said it was the operating system and would cost between $150-$200 to be repaired. As a real estate professional a phone without a camera is a disaster. I left it with the person he said 30-40 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes - Fixed to perfection and the cost to fix it was unbelievable!!! Under $25 for a new camera/lens! Highly recommend!”

“I went to this store yesterday for a new line of service and a cellphone I was greeted immediately upon walking in by an employee named Tanner. Tanner was very informative about all aspects of what my options were and what service Included. I wasn't sure what to expect , but shortly after arriving , one thing was clear to me that this was going to be a pleasant experience. I was treated with kindness and genuine care and concern. I never felt like I was taking up too much time or that my questions weren't valid. Tanner is clearly an asset to this company. He was multi tasking the entire time I was there. During My visit, I witnessed him Fully engaging with what my needs were as well as the other customers in the store and answering the phone and running the register all at the same time. I will definitely be recommending this store to my family and friends and I certainly won't hesitate to return if I have any issues or for anything else that I might need from this phone company. Thank you AT&T for a stress free environment and a wonderful customer service experience. Way to go Tanner. Thank you for all your help.”
