“If you are thinking about starting to run, this is the right place to buy not only good tennis shoes where they will help you choose the best ones for your stride but also an insole that provides greater support where you need it. 100% recommended.”
“Having grown up with the Capital Hill location, I was excited to check out FashioNation’s new digs on Broadway. The experience did not disappoint. Same cool merch, same friendly and helpful people (love you all), beautiful new space. This is not just a store, it is an experience and a piece of Denver history. I brought my 13 year-old daughter for the first time and she wanted to buy one of everything. Go!”
“Unbelievably helpful staff, and a warm environment the moment you walk in. I was so happy I went to Red Wing for my boot selection :) and a personal shoutout to Matthew for your help today!”
“I am so lucky that this is my friendly neighborhood running shop! I've had exclusively positive experiences as a frequent customer for the past 3ish years. My go-to for shoes, packs, gels/nutrition, socks, bottles, and clothes. When buying shoes, employees here are so great at helping to find the best shoe for what I need, no matter how many I try on or how long it takes. They also have a 30 day return window for shoes, worn or not, which is ???
If you are trying to support the running shops in your community (which I hope you are!), this place is worth a visit :)”

“Done business with them and their fare on prices. Buying and selling was a great adventure of business. Great authentic gear. Especially hard to find clothing at a great price.”
“The gentleman (don't recall his name) at the Belmar store was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful and patient in helping me to put together an outfit for attending a wedding.”
“I ordered two pair of boots from Berkeley supply. When they arrived, there was an issue with one of them, a pair of factory seconds Red Wing 9423 Beckmans (Black Excalibur). In the 9423 box was a pair of 9419 Beckmans (Black Cherry Excalibur). I was worried that I would not be able to return them since the site states there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on factory seconds. I emailed them and Eli quickly got back with me. He stated that this switch up had never happened before and must have been an issue from Red Wing. In the end, he covered the cost for return shipping, the box FedEx required me to purchase, and issued a refund for the original purchase price of the 9423s. Eli and his crew were great throughout the whole process. I ended up going back to them and bought two more pairs of boots and look forward to their arrival.”
“This is the best experience I've had shoe shopping. The woman helping me, Tracy, was fantastic. She was so cheerful and helpful and REALLY understood what I was looking for, knew how to accommodate my weird feet, and she made me feel like we could be friends. Which is awesome since it seems like so often I feel like im committing a faux pas by needing help. The world needs more Tracy's. I will be back! Thank you!”
“This was my husband's first time purchasing an investment pair of boots and Jason was a phenomenal help in the process! He spent around an hour and a half ensuring my husband had selected the right pair of boots for him and gave amazing, focused service all while juggling other customers in the store. He was incredibly personable and amazing at educating on what factors should be present for the right fit. Thank you Jason!”
“This is an amazing old school business, they don’t make them like this anymore. The depth of knowledge is vast and they really are experts. On the day we were there third and fourth generation of the family were working alongside an employee of 40+ years! Don’t expect Zappos selection or refund policies - rather a curated selection of quality products and expert fittings.”
“True outlet store with outlet prices. Many of the other stores I visited at this outlet mall didn’t really have outlet prices or selection so this store was a great find. Very happy with the large 70% off sections and the $20 sweatshirts.”
“I am the traveler. Stopped in with my son. To get him a hat. Top notch service. Excellent choices and can do anything you need done to your cowboy hat. Reshaping and cleaning. Highly recommend.”
“What a great Store with best selected collections and delicate merchandising. I congratulate the owner and management for such a great harmony. You would never come out with empty hand for a good quality and fair price shopping at a prestigious Shopping Center.”
“UPDATE:
After posting the below review, I was contacted by Brian Pohl, the manager of the Allen Edmonds Cherry Creek store, who reached out personally after seeing my comments. He called me directly, followed up with a professional and thoughtful email, and immediately offered to make things right by sending replacement laces.
I want to publicly thank Brian for his responsiveness and care. He handled the issue the way you'd hope any brand representative would—with respect, follow-through, and a genuine concern for the customer experience.
While my initial frustration stemmed from what I now recognize as the challenges of dealing with a large, bureaucratic customer service system, I no longer harbor any negative feelings toward the company. My experience reminded me that behind the brand are individuals like Brian, who are doing their best to uphold the values and reputation that originally drew customers like me to Allen Edmonds.
Thanks again, Brian—and credit where it’s due.

Subject: Allen Edmonds: Where’s the Accountability?
I have been a loyal Allen Edmonds customer for years. I’ve worn your shoes because I believed in the quality and craftsmanship your brand once represented.
But my most recent experience has left me seriously questioning that loyalty.
I received an order where one of the shoes arrived with a frayed, defective shoelace — visibly damaged right out of the box. Not a huge issue, or at least it shouldn’t have been. I reached out to customer service three times. Each time, I was told someone would “look into it.” No one ever did. Not a word. No replacement. No apology. Nothing.
And yet — during that same period — my inbox was bombarded with marketing emails telling me about new collections, special offers, and the “Allen Edmonds difference.”
Here’s the truth: Allen Edmonds no longer stands behind its product.
Not even enough to replace a damaged shoelace.
It’s a small detail, but that’s the point. If you can’t get the small things right — or even acknowledge a basic customer service request — what does that say about the big things?
The brand may be coasting on reputation, but it’s losing what made it great in the first place. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it.

“I love Scarpeletto! I’ve purchased shoes, sun glasses, credit card protectors, men’s shoes, and my favorite is my black leather jacket. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful!”
“All of the staff were great, but especially Kendra (I think that’s what I read on the name tag) and the younger guy with brown hair at the registers! They helped me buy a present for my friend (who was in the store with me) without her knowing ? thanks for help with my covert op!”
“Loved my experience at Ava's by Eternity ! Ava the owner personally helped me try on several styles until I was satisfied! Her customer service is above and beyond what I could ask for! The prices are very fair and her merchandise is so cute and very fashionable! If anyone rates/hate reviews you lower than a 5 star, they clearly never actually been in! Keep up the outstanding job with your company your REAL reviews show how amazing you are!”

“At least 7 people asked us if we were finding everything ok and the store clerk made sure we were happy with our purchases and the prices as we checked out. Seriously amazing service for a retail store.”
“Jay at this location was not only incredibly kind, but went out of his way to find a special edition box for my shoes in the back. He is also super helpful and knowledgeable about the brand.”
“The entire staff is awesome — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of what they do. The Lucchese team in Denver never misses. Even when I’m in my office, the moment these boots go on, I feel — boots on… blessings on! Thank you for the world-class service and for always setting the standard.”

“Shout out to Cheyenne for introducing me to the Skate Slip-On cushion support Vans. She exchanged my online order for the correct size of men’s pants and doubled my purchase. Give her a raise!”
“Hands down the best sneaker/streetwear shop in the country. The staff (Gabe is a real dude) is awesome and always creates a welcome and helpful atmosphere, which is usually the opposite for this industry. I stopped in weekly when I lived in Denver and they always kept a fresh collection of new pieces, always have great stuff in the sales section and the sneakers compete with any shop in the country. I live in NY now and they are willing to ship any sneaker available and respond in a timely manner on IG or phone call. If you care about sneakers, respect this industry and are in the Denver area you NEED to stop in.”
“The place its self is neat. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the store was packed. It was like Christmas in July. The line was insane. It did took a while to get to the register while being in line, but just not as long as I thought it would. The good thing is that they do have the employees walking around helping people. So I was able to get help right away with what I needed.”
“I had more than a wonderful experience coming this vans location! Jay and Marcus were very friendly and helpful! The customer service was outstanding & the deals were excellent, I will definitely be coming back!(:”

“Nike Factory Store in Thorton is amazing! I got 8 pairs of Nike shoes for a total of $217, which averages about $27 per pair—an incredible deal. The selection is great, the store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or looking for a bargain, this store makes it easy to find quality shoes at unbeatable prices. Highly recommend! ?”
