“I bought a pair of Heritage boots from Red Wing online and after about a month, some stitching popped. This was highly unusual for their boots in my experience. I took them to this Colorado Blvd. Red Wing location for repair. The stitching repair was completed at no charge to me and done in about a week, even with a holiday in the middle of it. Overall the process was about as easy as it could be. Also, apparently they use a local cobbler and shoutout to whomever that was because the repair looks pretty good.”

“Hands down the best sneaker/streetwear shop in the country. The staff (Gabe is a real dude) is awesome and always creates a welcome and helpful atmosphere, which is usually the opposite for this industry. I stopped in weekly when I lived in Denver and they always kept a fresh collection of new pieces, always have great stuff in the sales section and the sneakers compete with any shop in the country. I live in NY now and they are willing to ship any sneaker available and respond in a timely manner on IG or phone call. If you care about sneakers, respect this industry and are in the Denver area you NEED to stop in.”

My favorite is Leanea. She has helped me with picking out items for family photos, a wedding, and other events. She is sweet & honest, which I need when picking out clothes. Love her! “Came through on vacation and picked up some shoes for my elderly mother she only wears new balance due to her neuropathy in her feet. I had FaceTime my mother to see which style she wanted and the sales associate said I could return any shoes to new balance store in my area. I bought a couple pairs. I ended up needing to return one and unfortunately the store in my area was independently owned and I couldn’t return there. I contacted the outlet and they sent me a return label and I shipped my shoes back to them for the return. Wonderful customer service. I will continue to purchase from new balance as they stood by their word. Thank you to the employees at this store!”
