We had been to Red Wing a few times prior, but as soon as we walked in, Heather had us directed to 5 or 6 different boot models. My son tried a 10, but it wasn't very good. Heather told him to get measured on their new laser scale. He ended up being a 9W. They also store your measurements, so you only have to do it once. She brought out several pairs of boots, so that he could get fitted perfectly. The store was getting busy with customers and phones, but Heather never flinched, continuing on giving everyone great customer service. She's very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely an asset to Red Wing.”

“I bought the Hoka Bondi 9s as my first running shoe a few months back and recently started getting blisters around my instep, so I came here to get a gait analysis and in-person recommendations. Richard assessed my foot shape and both walking/running patterns. He grabbed a few different shoes for me to try on (NB, Brooks, Saucony, etc), and I went with the NB Rebel V5s. Tried them out for a 5K the next day and they feel so much better and faster than my Hokas. If I don't end up liking them after a few more trial runs, then the shop has a 30-day return policy. They're still in the break-in phase, but so far so good. Just wanted to say thanks to Richard and the rest of the staff for helping out, making it really easy and quick to find the right shoes for me.”
