“The selection in store was kind of mediocre. They only had one jacket color (tan), and the fathers day special excluded everything I was buying somehow. Very expensive also. I will say these slacks I got are extremely comfortable and the fact they had my size was amazing. They even had my shoe size (15).”
“I bought the Hoka Bondi 9s as my first running shoe a few months back and recently started getting blisters around my instep, so I came here to get a gait analysis and in-person recommendations. Richard assessed my foot shape and both walking/running patterns. He grabbed a few different shoes for me to try on (NB, Brooks, Saucony, etc), and I went with the NB Rebel V5s. Tried them out for a 5K the next day and they feel so much better and faster than my Hokas. If I don't end up liking them after a few more trial runs, then the shop has a 30-day return policy. They're still in the break-in phase, but so far so good. Just wanted to say thanks to Richard and the rest of the staff for helping out, making it really easy and quick to find the right shoes for me.”
“Jade was amazing helping me in the store! I was not even looking for jeans but my husband was trying on work boots so i figured I would look around. I hate buying clothes as my body is aging with extra weight in all the wrong places. I hate buying clothes for myself or even trying things on with disappointment when I look in the mirror at what I see. But Jade approached me with understanding of a woman’s body. She picked out a pair of jeans and I tried them on. They fit! And didn’t look too bad! I so appreciated her kindness and help. I bought them! You can tell she enjoys what she does! “Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”

“Got these many years ago and they saved me from surgery. I haven’t needed to wear them for awhile since my feet have greatly improved. But I’ve had a flare up recently from wearing crappy shoes. “OK, I’m very late on giving this review because I Should have did it the day of my Purchase, but I’m only a week late. Anyway I had a phenomenal experience with the cashier Emily O. It was my son‘s birthday and she went over and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit for him looking all around the store for his correct size. This girl needs a raise. She was beyond nice and while balancing helping me, she was still trying to help other customers. If anyone comes here, I highly recommend asking for Emily. She is amazing.!!!”

“Visiting in town, borrowed an old board from a friend with rusted bearings and rotten bushings - Kayla (or Kaia) was incredibly helpful breaking down and resetting the board for me, and was great to chat with during the process. Board runs like butter, and there’s a great skate shop feel inside!”

“This place has tons of shoes to pick from but myself having a large narrow foot was unable to even come close to finding anything I liked. I’m not being fussy, but they did not have anything close to my size and of course I had to order online. This was a weekday morning. I was in there and there was only one other customer in the store. I asked the manager who waited on me that I thought there were a lot ofhigh school and maybe even college kids who need shoes to play basketball in and he says they have to have them made specially for their feet. I looked at him with a little skepticism and went on my merry way.”

“I love Shoe Addiction....I've never had any problems with management or other employees. I've purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes/boots from there. I even returned a pair that was very uncomfortable. Management was kind, very polite and extremely helpful. Last week I returned a pair of shoes without the receipt. “Heather was just incredible- loves doing her job and is good at it. I came in after six months of limping because of a very angry case of plantar fasciitis, finally ready to fix the source and get better boots. After walking me through the scanning process we tried three different soles that the scan recommended, where she was always listening and always happy to go pull another box. After not being fully satisfied with the recommendations off the scan, she personally heard what I had to say and asked if I'd be willing to try one more- she managed to hand select the perfect fit. More than just patience, she was excited to put the puzzle together. In 30-45min I walked out with boots and soles that made months of horrible pain virtually disappear. Astounding experience and I would be happy to find a reason to return soon.”
