“I couldn't be happier with the service. I took my soon to be teenage son in for new wheels and bearings for his first starter board. Walmart board in hand we went in and the younger gentleman was happy to help.He patiently showed my son how to remove the wheels and bearings so he could do the work himself. He showed my son 3 options for each item we came in for; a budget option, mid tier, and high end explaining what the differences where. He never tried to upsell, and he never talked down about my kid's cheap board.All said and done my kiddo got exactly what he needed and came away more knowledgeable and excited about skating. Would 100% recommend and will be back again for his new deck in a couple of months. ?Edit/Update : At this point my son built his complete board here. I got my helmet, and my wife's helmet from here (yes she is skating too) and had my brand new board built here. Still highly recommend”

“I want to give David a special shout-out. While I was checking out, I gave my number for the rewards program and to my surprise my ex was using my number and had changed the address to his. This wouldn’t be a huge issue except I have a restraining order against this person. David was so kind an understanding, he deleted my ex’s info and changed the address to the store address so that he wouldn’t have access to mine. He then gave me a discount on one of the pairs I purchased. David did not need to do any of that, I can’t express how grateful I am for his understanding. It was an online order at first there was a misunderstanding about a gift card and a debit card but after consulting with the manager there, a nice woman who’s been there for a long time doing a good job and she continued to do that. I’m glad everything worked out and even though me and some of the teenage workers were a bit contentious, the manager was able to solve all the problems . “Best and worst work boots I’ve owned. My first pair has been awesome. They have lasted for a long time and even after being sent to repair stitching a few times, they have been the most comfortable boots ever. The next pair I bought has been very uncomfortable and hurts my foot. Only on one side. I was told this was due to my foot shape, however, I have owned at least a dozen pair of work boots in my life and never have I experienced this problem. I regret this purchase and have switched to Ariat since. Their customer service is superior. Edit: I was wrong. Red Wing doesn't disapoint. Buy Red Wing.”
