There are always two employees working and a line of about 10 people. I’ve never come into this branch and not had to wait.

One postal clerk that works there is very unfriendly and looks mean at everyone and she wouldn't serve me and I put in a complaint on her to post master but I went there a week later and she was still unfriendly and I just wait for the next clerk because I don't want to be disrespected by her.

The employee I interacted with just now was the most pleasant usps employee I’ve interacted with in recent memory, vs the at best a little bit of attitude that I’m used to 🙏
