USPS Capitol Hill Annex

USPS, Post Offices , Shipping Centers
Hours: The USPS Capitol Hill Annex is a post office location that has received mixed reviews from customers. While the facility could use some janitorial improvements, the staff is widely praised for their kindness, helpfulness, and dedication. The supervisor, believed to be named Paul, is specifically mentioned as being "super amazing and helpful." Customers note that this is not the main USPS office, which is located on the next street on Marion. Some visitors have been confused by the location, but the staff has been accommodating in assisting them. The limited office hours of 12-2 are a point of frustration for some, who wish the hours were extended. Despite the challenges that can come with postal services, the annex staff has been commended for their efforts to resolve issues, such as missing packages. They are described as informative, persistent, and responsive in handling customer concerns. Overall, the general sentiment is that the employees at the USPS Capitol Hill Annex provide a positive experience, even if the physical space could use some improvements.
