“I traveled to Mattress Firm at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd today “strictly on an information gathering expedition”. This store was my first stop in search of a fairly nice mattress/adjustable frame combination for my partner’s Christmas present. I/we were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Matt who just happened to be the stores manager. Fast forward…I walked out of my first place purchasing two (2) Beautyrest Black series three mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable frame. The way that Matt took his time to answer our every question, his personal professional insight, his expertise in showing us many different choices and most of ALL his earnest desire to earn our business was “THE WINNING COMBINATION”. If you are a serious shopper for any mattress size or price range you have to go speak with this young man. “We decided to replace the sectional and recliner we bought @ Howard Lorton in 2000. We wanted this purchase to be of consistent quality so we returned to the store in March of 2024 and our consultant (Rob Osgard) from 2000 was still with HL. After listening to our desires, he produced a hand drawn rendering of the pieces. When we met with him, Rob offered his unvarnished perspective of the options (color, leather, arm style etc.) which we found invaluable. We appreciated being able to benefit from his experience in the business and knowledge of the brands we were considering. Price is what we paid. Value is what we received from Rob and Howard Lorton.”
