“Unfortunate that many of these reviews for this SPECIFIC branch are for Chase as a bank, and not as a branch. I have to say my experience here has been great. Yes, Chase as a bank has its flaws, just like most big banks, BUT, the people here are great. Anne specifically shines. She always welcomes me by my first name with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure I am her only focus while I am there. Anne, you rock. Thank you.”

“I've had a checking account with ENB for over 40 years because of the Customer Service I get from the primary, downtown, EVERGREEN location. The minimum balance required to avoid fees in a checking account is lower than most banks and they offer overdraft protection on checking accounts. They answer the phone directly, look into any questions I have and solve any issues that come up quickly and efficiently. Problems arise anywhere you bank. I don't like calling a bank, getting a recording, being transferred from one person to another and then finally getting routed to someone who can't even help me. That's my experience with big name banks. No, ENB doesn't do loans, but banks aren't the best place to apply for a loan anyway. They typically have the worst rates and unbearable, scrutinizing qualifications, especially if you are Self Employed. Same with High Yield savings accounts; go somewhere else. I took off one star because of the Georgetown, CO. ENB branch bank. Terrible customer service there, with people who don't appreciate long term clients. Perhaps that is where the bad reviews are coming from. The ENB branch in Evergreen, CO., is the only branch to call if you have questions or need help.”
