When some of the Redwood came out with some bow to them. Dave got me new boards with no issue in a very quick turn around so I could continue with my deck. “We drove an hour and a half to pickup an order from Lowe’s only to find out that the items were not actually in stock despite everyone’s computers showing 122 as being available. My wife spent almost two hours in Lowe's trying to sort it all out only to come home empty handed. I asked her to request lowe’s to deliver the item to us and she was told that we’d have to call back another day to make those arrangements. Ironically we then ordered the exact same item from this HD… and they had the exact same problem… only 10 in stock when we needed 25. The difference? The HD manager (Jeff) immediately arranged for delivery to our jobsite from the DC. Actually it was even faster than the next business day, he arranged delivery on Memorial Day… a holiday. That was a lot of wasted time and effort trecking to Lowe’s for this item we needed… and you can see the side by side difference as to Lowe’s vs. HD’s resolution. Lowe’s added another todo for another day (which is busy enough already)… HD got it done.”
