“Rented a van to move some lumber. Very helpful staff that was able to help me out.
The only problem was with some misleading information about filling up the tank. I was informed that I would be refunded whatever I filled up the tank with and I just needed to bring the receipt in. Turns out this was wrong. During checkout the woman working there tried to tell me it would be refunded separately? It made no sense but after a few minutes of trying to get more clarification I gave up and left. The woman was not able to refund me like she promised and this didn’t surprise the other rental worker who was able to straighten things out a few weeks later when I went to ask for the refund.
Good, affordable rental for a short haul. DO NOT FILL UP THE TANK.”

“I visited the Golden Ace Hardware to check out a wood pellet smoker for my son-in-law. I left with one for myself which I bought at a great price from a great Ace staff member. I bought my son-in-law a recipe book instead. Just planning ahead!”
