“Picked up a used Sony ST-S730ES tuner. Brought it home, and noticed that the IF Mode, Cal Tone and and Memory functions didn't work. I pulled it apart, and cleaned and reflowed the push button switches. It all worked until I would put the display board back in the unit. Short story - found that whoever had this apart put the wrong screws in the wrong locations... and one of the chassis screws that was too long was shorting out the ground on the display board that was common to all three functions. In fact, the longer screws don't even belong to this model per the service manual. The longer screw also caused the display board not to sit flush, making the push buttons mechanically inadequate. Once I moved a few screws around, everything was in working order. I would have thought Electric City would verify all functions were working correctly prior to selling. I'm just disappointed. Even though there is a 30-day warranty - it just sucks that this wasn't sorted out when it was in their hands. Dinging a star.”

“Aldo was wonderful today and had so much patience with my elderly father who was having trouble learning a smart phone. I am so glad we found this location, it was worth the further drive and we will be back for future purchases because of his customer service.”

“I just wanted to say that the customer service I got here was great! I had an issue where I had to factory reset my phone and I was having trouble with Google and 2 step verification when I reset it. I went to the Cricket near my house first, which is on 72nd and Sheridan. The woman there was no help at all. (I wouldn't recommend going there.) I decided to try the other Cricket store a little further away on federal, and I was so happy that the guy here was friendly and helpful and also fixed the phone in about 5 minutes. If you go to Cricket, go here!”

“Liz went above and beyond to help me! I was looking for a product that wasn’t on the shelf, but said in stock online. She informed me that it just arrived and hadn’t been unpacked. She found someone from the back to retrieve the product for me! I was very grateful for her help, as I would have had to go to a second store. She also came back to the isle I was waiting in and checked in on me multiple times with updates. Thank you so much Liz!”

“I drive past this location on my way home and they tend to have the best deals on gas regularly. Also using the 7Eleven app with a (Gold Pass subscription $9.95 month) and paying with the in app Wallet saves you 11 cents per gallon all the time. If gas is $3.50 gallon, this saves you roughly 3%. Stackable promo codes and Price Lock features can spike your savings past $1.00 per gallon 30%+. This is honestly how I have been keeping gas in my cars, to get to work and feed my family. It is the duty of a good human to look out for one another during hard times, I genuinely hope this helps someone. Take care stay informed 🫡”

“We came into Verizon just to shop around and explore our options for switching providers and upgrading phones, and Joel was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, took the time to explain the different plans, bundles, and phone options, and helped us figure out exactly what would work best for our family. We ultimately decided to make the switch to Verizon, and Joel made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We are 1 android user and 1 iPhone user, and He patiently and professionally answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything along the way. He was kind, welcoming, and never made us feel pressured. We’re so glad we stopped in—Joel made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and definitely deserves 5 stars!”

“We soooo appreciate the folks at this store who prep/bring out Curbside pick-mup. Target hands down has the best curbside. No competition really. I get lots of anxiety in the store and with working full time/small kids, the service is such a life saver. Folks are usually super pleasant and quick. Hope they know that this service is so helpful and appreciated!!!”

“Not sure why people are giving them poor reviews.. I seriously will drive an extra 5+ miles JUST FOR THIS STORE! The food is always fresh & if they dont think it's up to standard (even if I do!) they cook fresh stuff. The manager is always mopping & a clean store is important to me (considering i'm a caterer & Health inspections are very common for me). There is a 7-11 about 1 1/2 blocks away from me.. I will NOT go there.. I wait until i'm heading in this direction. GREAT customer service!!”

“This place is amazing! The night guys always take care of us. The day guy is probably the one down side, I think his name is Devin. His abrasive personality wasn’t pleasant in the slightest. 7-eleven should definitely address this.”

“It's good by gas station standards. Card reader at pump wasn't working and made me go inside to pay. Good selection of food and drinks. Late night clerk was surprisingly nice to me and acted pleasant during the transaction, which is rare for convenience store employees in my experience.”
