“Forget Uhaul. This company is probably the easiest and way cheaper than. I was in a U-Haul for a month n spent 1800. ?? this truck process was so easy. When you get to the location of the truck you start snapping pics. After you send the pics they unlock the doors from a desk in another state????? this blew my mind. With that technology how do peeps still get locked out of their vehicles? Keys were inside and next step is taking pics of the inside. After that you snap gas/mileage n then your on your way. ZERO HUMAN INTERACTION!!!!!!! My kind of place. I didn’t realize the specs on the size cuz I’m special and customer service went beyond out of their way to cancel current and get me in a bigger one. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond for me, made life so easy that day. Can’t thank fluid enough, wish I knew before I got taken by Uhaul’s unsettling prices.”

“It says that it's a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, but above that it's Simply Storage. This Simply Storage is so helpful and just wonderful all the way around. U-Haul doesn't like to take things into consideration(and will "red flag" you). Which means that no one who is a U-Haul rental company can or will rent to you (even if you have everything paid off, and haven't had any other problems with them). But he went out of his way to check and see if we could get a U-Haul(and it worked). But U-Haul needs to take the red flags off of people who are up to date on their payments and haven't had any other problems with them. Because yes we were late(1 day) on making an outstanding payment. But we made it the next day. But we are still on the "Red Flag" list?”

“This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.”

Loved the guys who checked us out and the gentleman who grabbed my keys after I left them in the truck.Absolutely hated the app. It couldn't find my order so I couldn't check the truck in after hours. I call the 1800 number and I kept getting told to use the app to check in and they can't help me. I will not use uhaul again based solely on how terrible the app was”
