“The 2 clerks were preparing to close but saw me at the door and unlocked it to take my Amazon return. I did not have it packed correctly but the young lady said no problem and took care of it. They were polite and professional saving me time and frustration.”
“While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”

“Great customer service! After leaving an office store and a Walgreens because they don’t offer full service, I found this office. They have free 15 minute parking FREE, downtown! The woman who assisted me was kind and compassionate and very helpful. A emotionally difficult mailing for me, unknown to the customer service rep, was made much easier. We never know what people are going through and it pays dividends to be kind.”
“The staff here at The UPS Store are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic to the customers needs. I don’t understand why customers r rude to them and they have a new guy that saw how rude customers are towards the staff for no reason. I was shipping out a package and a black lady screamed at the white young man for the price on shipping and then another white lady went off on the younger lady for no reason. Sandy and the employees are always friendly and they go over and beyond to help everyone! So to the rude customers that want to be jerks to The UPS staff for something they can’t control on how you didn’t get your package or the pricing on shipping take your attitude and put it where the sun don’t shine!

“I arrived early in the morning and the store manager was already taking care of another customer. She greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. She was very professional and patient as she began to take care of both of us at the same time, bouncing back and forth to answer his questions and to process my shipping label. She was great! I have been to this location in the past, and on each occasion I have been taken care of very well. If I'm not going to send something by snail mail I will gladly return to this location for my shipping needs. Fed Ex, please take good care of her.”

Ramon was friendly and extremely helpful, answering all my questions and providing the exceptional service we are accustomed to here. 5 Thumbs Up! Again!!April 2023 We have been a USPS customer at the "West End" Post Office for at least 10 years now. We have always received prompt, couteous, and professional assistance from the staff. Probably been this way since the Post Office was built here back in 1962! Wow, that's 61 years of superb 5 Thumbs Up service!! West Side is the Best Side.”

One of the employees there, Amber, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond assisting in getting me my package back.
