Mask is required.Facility was clean. 2 tellers were behind a plastic dividers, another associate was on the his desk with a plastic divider as well.Staff were pleasant and professional. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. Karen Helped me a ton with a mistake from employer and a check he wrote out wrong, and then there is Chris, (My wife and I call him Schmitty, the character from New Girl) who is always smiling, calls me by name, and shakes my hand after every transaction. “Thank you so much for Lori Taggart at this branch. Recently my wallet was stolen, along with my ID and everything that includes. A person attempted to cash a fraudulent check with my ID, but the amazing staff was quick to see that the ID was not the persons. They confiscated my ID for me and sent it back, a huge relief. This all for someone who has no account with them, makes you realize that if this is how they treat non customers, they must really pull out all the stops for their actual people.
