“Just moved in and the apartment looks great, comfortable and exactly as expected. The management team has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabe, in particular, was outstanding. From giving me a virtual tour of the property to coordinating my key pickup, everything was smooth and well organized. Overall, a great move-in experience.”
“We have lived here for 3 years and love it. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. They have been great to work with and the townhomes/apartments are fantastic. We absoutely love our apartment. The updates are beautiful. We have appreciated their support in moving and they have been so accommodating. I could not say enough or recommend this area(which is beautiful too) more! We love it! I did want to add that the maintenance crew is amazing as well. They go out of their way to fix any issue.”
“I feel extremely lucky to call this place my home. The property is beautiful, I feel safe here and the people here are extremely friendly, both neighbors and staff. The location is extremely convenient for my work commute, there are awesome walking trails within a few minutes of my front door and best of all for me, two disc golf courses extremely close.
All of those things were the exact opposite at my previous residence and after a long and stressful month and a half of search, it seems like the stars were aligning and the universe was finally looking out for me when I found this place. The original unit I wanted to look at was rented by the time I came in to look at it, but the staff made me aware of a unit that just went on the market the day before. The date it was available to move in was exactly the date I was looking for. The timing couldn't have been more perfect.
The office staff and maintenance staff have been excellent. When I first moved in I had a problem with my refrigerator leaking. The entire thing was replaced with a brand new refrigerator. My garage door remote stopped working, the entire garage door opener, including the ceiling mounted unit was replaced with an upgraded version. I was blown away both time, didn't expect either of those things to happen.
Most recently I had a heating issue that required a bit of trial and error to figure out the source of the problem. Again, both the office staff and Jesus and Oscar were extremely patient with me as we played wack-a-mole trying to address all potential sources of the problem. The most recent solution seems to have been the missing piece of the puzzle. The most recent fix was very recent so I am still monitoring the outcome. But things seem to have improved significantly after the first night. I am extremely grateful for the immense amount of time and effort that went into finding a solution. Thank you to everyone involved for helping me continue to feel like I finally found my home in Colorado.”

“People are quick to jump on and complain but dont always jump on to say thank you or update review when the issues were made right. Area is clean and view is beautiful. Staff is nice and always helpful in my experience. Few hiccups but office usually addresses issues fairly quickly, maintenance is friendly.”
“Park Place Olde Town is undoubtedly the best apartment in the Olde Town area. I moved here from Water Tower flats, and it has been better in every way. The apartments and appliances are very nice, the building is clean and well-maintained, the clubhouse is fun and relaxing, and the area is safe with the recent police presence. The best part, though, is the staff. Alex genuinely cares about all of the tenants and will do everything possible to make sure your living situation is comfortable and problem-free. This has been my favorite apartment in Colorado and is easily the best in Olde Town.”
“I truly can’t recommend Water Tower Flats highly enough! From the very beginning, the leasing team has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and stress-free. My leasing agent, Blake Harris, was especially helpful. he was very knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond to make my move-in experience pleasant and seamless.
As for the apartments themselves, they’re absolutely beautiful. The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes that make the space feel both stylish and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Being just steps away from Olde Town Arvada means I can easily walk to Harkins Theatre, great local restaurants, shops, and so much more. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and charm.

“Johnny is great! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the entire time my shower handle has been super difficult to turn, and it gets stuck and breaks often. But with just one time of Johnny coming to fix it, he replaced the whole thing rather than just the handle and now it works great and definitely won’t continue to break often from getting stuck. Thank you Johnny!:) That being said, all staff that works here that I have interacted with are amazing. Griffin, Frank, and Callie are always so friendly and quick to help out with any questions I ever have.”
“Denise at Ezlyn deserves a huge shoutout. She was super helpful and answered all my questions during the entire move-in process. Made it so easy for me. I can tell she truly cares about the tenants here. So much so that she knows people by their first names. My unit was super clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Happy I moved.”

“I have been here going on 2 years and Angel is by far amazing. Previous manager made it a living nightmare. I am over the moon happy that Angel is here. She bent over backwards to help my family and I get into a larger unit and has responded with my questions and concerns in less than 24 hours. She is kind and very welcoming when you come into the office which is a very amazing change. Its amazing that one persons personality and attitude can make a huge impact on where you live. I hope she is here to stay!”

“Had some issues to start but they are being addressed now. It all came down to some miscommunications. They do their best for being very short staffed other than a couple maintenance misshapes the remodeled apartments are nice and spacious with a hint of luxury.”

“Overall the apartment was great for me. I loved the view of the creek and trees. It was a very cozy place for me with alot of natural light on the 3rd floor. The only issue for me was the parking situation. There wasn't alot of parking available and even paying for it there were many times I couldn't even park in the street.”
