Unlike other shops, CBU takes the time to understand your application, make a recommendation for the most applicable parts and take the time to explain why they feel that way. On a recent upgrade project there was a computer issue with my Bronco and they hammered Ford to fix the issue that was blocking my upgrade. I strongly recommend CBU for all your Bronco needs.PS - I am not into high end stereos but the systems I saw them put into Broncos were AWESOME sounding.”

“We were driving from AZ to MN and had some brake problems coming down the mountain right outside of Golden. I quickly found out that Planet Honda was only a couple of miles away. We drove straight there without an appointment and explained the problem we were having, but that we had to get to Nebraska that evening. Khai was amazing and polite and was able to get it over to a service tech (I didn't catch their name) who was able to fix it same day! So grateful for their help in an emergency!”

“I pulled in here right after noon and even though most were on lunch, Casey came right outside and offered to take a quick look at what was going on. My wiper fluid wasn't spraying and I didn't know whether it froze or there was a fuse or motor issue. I couldn't leave my car for it to be check out later because I had my dog with me. The woman at the desk was also incredibly gracious and understanding. It took Casey barely 3 minutes to figure out it was frozen and helped me to get it unblocked. I'd parked overnight outside at A Basin and it had gotten well below freezing, so it made sense! Saved me a ton of time from making an appointment somewhere and dropping it off. Really scary not having wiper fluid spraying on I-70.”

“A mechanic that is reasonable, trustworthy, and capable. Normally you would need to pick 1 or 2 from that list - but with Rob at Maxtorq you get all three. I have taken my Dodge Diesel to Maxtorq for a few jobs over the years with really great results, but the big one hit last month - as most people who have a dodge cummins with automatic transmission will eventually require - I needed my transmission rebuilt.I did some calling around - I wasn't beating around the bush - I wanted it completely rebuilt. After getting a couple prices I told my wife "OK, now to call the guy I trust" expecting it to be much more expensive than the other quotes. I don't know why I was surprised but his quote was right in line with other quotes I had. A bit more than one quote, and less than two quotes. Plus, Rob explained how he puts heavier duty parts in the transmission that the other shops didn't discuss and almost certainly weren't going to use. So the truck went to Maxtorq. Probably no too smart, but the first trip I took with my nice new smooth tranny was a camping trip to the Grand Junction area. Somewhere around Parachute the transmission started acting weird so I pulled over to find ATF pouring out from the cooler. I called Rob and he gave me great troubleshooting advice over the phone and I was able to limp into a garage to get that part, that was not part of the transmission rebuild, repaired. I'm going to make a longish story a bit short here by just stating that by the time I had realized the cooler was leaking it was too late. The transmission had suffered serious damage. Ugh. What a crappy coincidence. Rob suggested I get it back to him, and so I did. Rob repaired the transmission again. It was a bit of a funny situation because really the fact that the transmission ended up having this problem was not at all his fault, but to my very pleasant surprise the charge for this additional repair was $0. Rob provides the kind of service and support that is just extremely difficult to come by these days. If all my vehicles were Dodge Diesels I'd never have to go to another mechanic. I cannot recommend this shop any higher. If you have a dodge diesel, and you need some work done on it, you have found the right place.”

“I recently went to Christopher‘s Dodge Ram after a horrible experience at the dealership I had bought my 2018 Dodge Rebel. A good friend had recommended that I give them a shot and I have to say that I’m thankful he did. I firmly believe that we should not be judged on when things go well but rather on when things don’t. After receiving my vehicle back after a very extensive maintenance, one of the parts failed.
