“Top notch service! From my first call to completion, I was impressed. Everyone I talked to throughout the process was a delight. I greatly appreciated their transparency and willingness to work with me on a very tight schedule. Best prices around and they came to my house for the repair. Thank you!!”
“Big fans of Glass Doctor. Phil the owner did the service and estimate after I broke a neighbors garage window throwing a lacrosse ball. The service was timely, priced right, and professional.
We got several quotes and Glass Doctor was the best price. Additional ally, they were very professional (much more the type of people you want to deal with vs the janky competitors).
I’d recommend Glass Doctor for everything glass related and you won’t be disappointed!”
“Bright Auto Glass is definitely the go-to local spot. Freddy was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by offering a price match to make sure I got a great deal. During the installation, they found rust that needed to be addressed for a proper fit and instead of upselling, they handled it at a discount. That level of honesty and care really stands out. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs a windshield replacement. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!”
“The team here was incredibly helpful during the almost 2-week process to have my vehicle repaired. After a minor collision, the team was very informative and helpful in getting an estimate and repair appointment set up and coordinated with insurance and Enterprise for the rental. The process was so seamless from the estimate, drop-off, enterprise pick-up and the team provided updates through the repair time. Allan was the service provider and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate everybody from the front desk team to Allan’s team in making this process feel less stressful!”
“Terrible without any accountability. They started a claim for me in June and on September they still blame the vendor for not having contacted them. I asked to talk to management and the mechanic Don brushed me off multiple times. They took my car apart without having the part from the vendor then refused to give my car back without charging me twice!!!!
After I posted the above the manager contacted me directly and they resolved the issue the next day. Brodie was very polite and responsive so I appreciated that very much. They also did not charge me twice so I’m reporting the price as reasonable.”
“Our company has been working with Kelly and Beverly Hills Auto Glass for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else. We entrust our Fleet Vehicles to them and always have great results. James is amazing as well! Keep up the great work!”
“Super happy with how my window tint turned out! Looks amazing and was done really well. Great service and very professional—thank you again! Alex is great and wonderful guy”
“This is a great place for your vehicle repairs. They even went out of their way to update me through the entire process. When I pick my car up they even buffed out some small scratches in the door. This was not part of the repair process, it's something they took upon themselves to correct I would highly recommend this place if you need body repair”
“Fast efficient and great owner and employees. Great prices, had my window done in less then 30 min. Great experience. I will always go to Bear Creek auto glass for all my needs.”
“Had my driver side window regulator go out and took it here with the new part and they installed it for a great price and did a great job. Would recommend!Service: Auto power window repair”
“I took my RAV4 in for an annual refresh of my ceramic coating and they did such an amazing job. It looks brand new highly recommend them. Nice people too, and a very cute dog!”
“Had an issue with my Toyota hatch. The dealership essentially blew me off and sent me to a body shop. Made an appointment with Caliber, they looked at it briefly, felt like the dealership really should have taken care of it and under warranty at that. Took my car around back, the tech quickly adjusted the striker plate and they sent me on my way with no charge. Darren was so kind and happily made sure I had a better experience at their shop than I did at the dealership. Such a tiny fix that made such a huge positive impact on my ability to use my car as it was intended! So incredibly thankful and they will certainly get my future business!”
“I noticed a grinding sound every time I backed out of my driveway, so I stopped here after work. They checked the rear brakes and found one pad almost completely worn down. Repair was finished the next morning and the car is quiet again. Really appreciated the honest explanation.”
“This was a great experience! I called them about 11am from my work and they came out same day. Not only did they match a quote from another company, they were very friendly, super fast and the work they did was great. The efficiency, price match, and friendliness will have my business and referrals going to them for all future needs for my vehicle. Highly recommended!!”
“Tiffany and Stacia were great. My car looks brand new and I’ve had several people ask if I have a new car. I appreciate it was returned clean.
Me again! Because 2 of my vehicles were damaged, both went to Gerber for repair. I just got the second vehicle back and once again, Stacia and Tiffany were great to work with; and the car looks great. Thank you again for the excellent work.”
“The technician, Michael, was friendly, on time & kept me apprised of the process. He came to my house to replace the windshield and recalibrated the cameras.”
“Jim and his crew did a beautiful job repairing my Jeep. And, it was washed and shined up for delivery to me. The second job I had them do was less involved but the result was equally satisfying. The charges for both jobs were reasonable.”
“I had two windshields replaced last week on different days. Both installers were great. They came to my house and were on time, friendly and efficient. Such a great service!”
“Been here a few times, most recently for a chip repair. I stopped by with a few questions (the automated customer service line is not the best), and Bobby was very helpful and kind even though it was the end of their work day. I went back the next day for the repair. They were very busy but still squeezed me in. I think it was Sarah at the desk and she was really nice as well. Appreciate the good customer service ☺”

“I was very impressed by the team at this location, they answered all my questions, helped me understand the process, and communicated so well from start to finish. They coordinated with the car rental company, who was so close by that they dropped the car off for me and let me leave the car at Kaizen after I was done with it. The whole process couldn't have been easier!”
