Excellent coordination with the rental car company with Enterprise bringing their car to Caliber and handling the paperwork. Text updates given every couple of days as to the progress of the repairs. Repairs done 3 days ahead of schedule. All repairs were professionally done. Car was hand washed and detailed inside and looked beautiful. Paint matched perfectly. This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company, period! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs.”

“Absolutely blown away at how my vehicle looks after taking it to D&T ultimate detail for a sapphire ceramic coating. When I first brought my vehicle to them, it had light white swirlsIn the paint due to the previous owner, taking it through car washes. D&T made the paint look like glass and the ceramic coating is out of this world as when it rains the water just beads right off. If you plan to keep your car a good long while I definitely recommend. Will be washing my car by hand from now on to keep it looking icy. The pricing is definitely worth it as I will not have to worry about waxing my car for another 4 to 6 years.”

“Kittredge Auto Rebuilders has gone above and beyond my expectations. I'm from California and unfortunately had my first snow driving experience while driving down from Winter Park at night during a blizzard. I crashed into a snow bank, releasing 3 airbags, and only had a day before one of the last available flights back to California before Christmas. After calling dozens of places with no luck of anyone having space for my car, Kenny from Kitteredge Auto Rebuilders said he'd let me send the car to him for inspection. After a week or so, he called me and said the car was not worth fixing for how much it was gonna cost to repair the airbags. I knew I would have to fly back out to Colorado just to figure out how to get rid of the car, but Kenny told me he would worry about getting rid of it for me FREE OF CHARGE. I just received the letter from the Firefighters today thanking me for my car donation to them. This place has been my saving grace, and I'm incredibly thankful for Kenny and the kind people at Kittredge Auto for going above and beyond their call of duty.”
“These guys are seriously THE BEST! They repaired my car several months ago after I got rear-ended and were so friendly, helpful, and communicative through the entire process. I called them just a few days ago because my car was making a noise that I was concerned may be related to the accident, and they were more than accommodating. “Manuel at the Lakewood, CO location is a true auto glass professional! Shattered my rear windshield on a Jeep Wrangler so bad that I was worried it had to be brought into a dealer. I had never used Safelite before, but they were able to get me in the following day and quickly turn it around with new rear glass in less than 2 hours. Manuel assured me it’d be a quick fix and kept me updated throughout the whole process communicating updates directly with me via phone. It goes without saying this was a painfully stressful occurrence, and my concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of. Also, the rear windshield arm was broken, and instead of charging me for a non-OEM wiper which they couldn’t install (didn’t have the new arm), he advised I keep the OEM wiper and get a new arm ($15 part) on Amazon due to its better functionality, and subsequently issued me an immediate refund for the wiper I had paid for. It’s transparent customer service like that you don’t see often that prompted me to write a review, and I will definitely be bringing my front windshield (also cracked) back to Safelite with full confidence due to the stellar replacement job and customer service performed by Manuel.”

“Was a good overall experience as was expected really. I have had Safelite changing my auto glass for over 20 years now, and it's always been on point. This time however, was a little different as I had to make a warranty claim because my windshield started leaking and frosting over on the inside after an extrem cold snap this winter. Probably just a fluke, and that doesn't change my opinion of the quality of work that you guys do. When I came into the shop the second time for the warranty appointment, it was changed out and taken care of easily. The second visit too, several of us witnessed a little verbal altercation between I assume a manager and a tech. It was enough to get everyone in the lounge areas attention. A little unprofessional on the managers part, but like I said, this time around was a fluke. Keep up the good work guys!”
