“I recently had a great experience with the Golden Enterprise Car Rental Location! Kevin provided awesome customer service and made the whole rental process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He was professional, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Ellie and Zach were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. “I rented the Lamborghini Urus for my husband as a birthday surprise. It was such a great experience! Easy to book and Joe, the owner, was responsive with any questions I had beforehand. When we arrived to pick up the car my husband was just amazed at all the cars they had to offer. Joe is an awesome guy and went above and beyond for us! He really made my husband’s birthday special. The car was well maintained and so fun to drive. We are already planning our next outing! My husband and his friend still mention this experience everyday.”
“I had a rough experience with Avis of recent, but they were able to turn it around. I didn't catch the gentleman's name at the location, but the story goes: I booked a reservation for 6PM pick up one night for a length of a few days. I called and got the call center and they told me that unfortunately the location is closed, and I was told that I could simply pick the car up tomorrow. I go in the next day first thing, and the gentleman told me that he had no cars, and the reservation was cancelled since I didn't pick it up for the reserved time. I explained that I couldn't since you all were closed, and I had called to confirm that I could pick it up today. He said that he was there until 6:35PM so pick up was possible; however, I couldn't know that since the call center answered the call and informed me next day pick up was fine. This. I was nevertheless frustrated. However, he turned it around by getting me a car quickly and all while doing so during a busy morning and he was the only worker. I respect his efforts and earnestness to help, so I'd say a 5/5 for overcoming a challenge. Thank you again!”
“Brian was amazing. He took all my phone calls, explained every detail regarding the lift, and smiled the whole time. He seemed truly delighted that two seniors now had regained their independence. Everyone we encountered in the Springs office were polite, cordial and engaging.

“I can’t thank the Wheat Ridge Enterprise team enough! I arrived right at closing after a car accident on 5/30, and Alex and Gary (I hope I remembered their names correctly) truly went above and beyond. Not only did they stay late to help me, but they were also incredibly accommodating—I had my dog with me, and they made sure I got a larger car to fit us both comfortably. If you ever need a rental in a pinch (or with a pet!), this is the team you want on your side. Five stars!”

“We had an amazing experience renting from Budget in Lakewood on Colfax Road! From check-in to drop-off, everything was incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Omar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He offered us an upgrade to a Lincoln Navigator for just a few extra dollars, and it was absolutely worth it. It was hands down the nicest rental vehicle I’ve ever driven, and it made our trip even better.
The customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this location, and if you have the chance to work with Omar, consider yourself lucky. We’ll definitely be renting from here again!”

Customer service is the reason I've been a customer for >10 years and the reason I keep coming back. This site definitely sets a high bar for the rest of the Enterprise locations :)”

“We rented a Toyota 4Runner for a few days with a pop up tent above. It was a great setup for two people. Perfect vehicle for easy and moderate 4x4 trails. Great for quick tent set up and all the items you need for remote camping. Gaylord was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved to get to places that almost nobody else was at. Highly recommend!”
