U-Haul Moving & Storage of Golden
15500 West Colfax Avenue, Golden CO 80401
“If you need to rent a moving truck, look no further. AVOID HOME DEPOT! I had originally scheduled a truck rental with Home Depot in Golden, but when I went to pick it up, we had so many issues with the software they use to upload my driver's license. They refused to scan/take a photo of my license and said that it had to be done through the app that we could not get to work. They were incredibly unhelpful. After trying for over an hour (with mutiple different phones in different lighting conditions) to upload the my license, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to U-Haul Moving and Storage of Golden. The process was quick, seamless and the people working there were friendly, professional, and helpful. Best of all, I saved money! The truck rental costs were significantly cheaper than Home Depot. I wish I had gone here first. When you're taking off work to move, your time is precious. Save time and money and go with U-Haul Moving and Storage of Golden.”

“My new go to place for propane tank fills. Pulled up, got my tanks out by the fill station. 2 guys came out, one weighed the tanks and told the other how much propane he was going to put in. I followed the guy into the store, paid walked out and the tanks were full. Super fast and efficient. They are 10 minutes from where I store my trailer and will go there many times.”

“Great experience with my local move! Truck was ready when promised and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. Service was prompt and super friendly! Return was also met with kindness, and let me tell you how much I loved the uhaul center being right here at Sinclair so I didn't need to make an additional gas stop (unless I wanted to)! The app was great also- I was easily able to adjust my reservation time without having to call anyone 👍”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lakewood
830 Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood CO 80214
“After an incredibly stressful move, getting sick, being sore from moving, & administrative confusion contacting corporate for help, Brittany was a real HERO helping with the return process!!! I cannot say enough good things about Brittany. She kindly & clearly laid out the details of our rental, & helped me understand where some confusion came into play & never made me feel poorly about struggling to navigate the process. She was extremely helpful, positive, & experience-focused at the end of a hard time moving which made the whole thing so much easier & more enjoyable. Thanks to Brittany we will absolutely be using U-Haul services again in the near future. My husband & I are exploring Colorado in short-term, furnished homes but want to bring our own flare like kitchen, closets, & comforts each time we move—for this reason we utilize moving rentals every few months. We had been frustrated with the experience until speaking with Brittany, now we will be returning again & again. Thank you for all your help, your kindness during a challenging time, & showing us how to navigate the rental & return process seamlessly. Brittany is the best!!!!”

Penske Truck Rental
5025 Ward Road, Wheat Ridge CO 80033
“John and Peta were most helpful in helping us reserve a rental truck. John explained the 2 different trucks that we asked about. And Peta helped get the reservation set up in record time. I also appreciate the fact that everything was done on-site and we didn't have to wait for a call back (like another company). And the cost for the rental will be half the cost of another well known company. I will definitely use only Penske for any truck rentals in the future and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a rental truck. Plus they have the cutest office dog!!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
9818 W Girton Dr, Lakewood CO 80227
“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

Budget Truck Rental
6437 Miller Street, Arvada CO 80004
“Great staff at the location! We appreciated his support with a late evening drop off. For the truck condition and trailer condition, it was in really bad shape and should be repaired or decommissioned…I blame this on the St. George, UT location….Budget corporate seems to make things right but they need to be more involved with managing their equipment proactively…not always comforting when you have cross country travel when the equipment is in bad shape.”
