I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!”

Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible.
