“What a great and convenient stop. A mini postal with boutique shopping on the side. They can do almost all services as a regular post office. I’ve sent out my packages and bought stamps. I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”

“Highest functioning post office ever!! This is a very large post office with a BMEU acceptance office.
Clerks are great, carriers deliver mail. Everyone has a high level of postal understanding necessary to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.”
“Across the street from the train station. Always friendly there and they work pretty quick, even when there is a line. Good street parking right in front. Some cool little cafés nearby and some hip shops to browse. Chase bank across the street for easy banking and ATM.”

This post office, like all US post offices, is severely understaffed & underfunded because US Congress’ Republicans have deliberately underfunding the US Postal Service (USPS) for years their goal of privatizing all US post offices!!”

“I have lived in many places. This branch is - without a doubt- the best post office! Why? The staff is very helpful, friendly and knows how it is for people to live away from big cities. And the postmaster has a lot of experience. I love going there and because I live remotely this is where I get my parcels. I used to be a UPS fan but that office changed it. I am puzzled by the low score of other reviews.

“Eric at this location has been a tremendous help in finding a package that had a technical parcel issue on delivery. It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!”

“First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. I am so grateful for her helping me today and this post office must be so grateful to have a kindhearted person like her on the staff!”
“Wait time was about 7 minutes but once served, the guy who assisted with mailing hour my products was quick, kind, and efficient. Post Office itself is nice, quiet, and has a big parking lot. Lots of supplies available for purchase as well.”

“This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
