“Not sure what happened with the person on the last review but my experience here was great. Check in was super simple and the phlebotomist was skilled and nice. In and out quick.”
“I moved to Brighton and this is the closest location for me. I've been a couple of times and always in-and-out in less than 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and competent (verifies your ID in the room, shows you the labels with your info before they place them on the vials, etc.). Note that I always make an appointment online as they prioritize appointments over walk-ins.”
“I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, that's just how my schedule worked out that day. I received the check-in text, checked in, and was asked to come in within minutes. They had all the Walk-In Lab info already, so no paperwork to fill out. I'd say I was parked there a total of 10 minutes. It could not have gone better.
FYI I showed up at 11:45am. There seemed to be a line starting at 12:00pm as I was leaving, so maybe that would have been a bad time for an appt.”
