The team has worked on our bikes a handful of times over the past 3 years, every time they complete the work multiple days ahead of anticapated ready date. They most recently installed a new dropper and bottom bracket, the labor was anticipated to take 5 days, it was ready in 1 day.
They have a dog named Tortilla that plays the shop greeter. A friendly/ gentle pup is the icing on the cake of what a bike shop should be!

Cheyenne was great at explaining everything and make the experience easy! She adjusted the bikes to each of us and gave us helmets. We will definitely be back and 100% recommend renting e bikes!”

“What a wonderful bike shop! I had just returned from another bike shop, where I was denied maintenance on my E-Bike because they "didn't want to be liable". I was bummed until I realize that Nice Bikes was a shorter distance away - and when I pulled up to the lot, the owner and his wife did not hesitate to diagnose my issues and resolve it for me. Turns out, the only work that needed to be done was to tighten a few bolts and to readjust my brake caliper. “This is my second excellent experience with the folks at Schwab Cycles. A simple fix on this round. The first round was a about a year ago with a more complex tune up and new tires on a second-hand Pashley that needed some love. Each time, they were to the point, expert in the repairs, and fair in the price. This is what is worth traveling cross town at 3 pm on Colfax traffic so that I have a proper fix to keep me riding safely for the summer! Located close to Casa Bonita at Colfax and Pierce.”
