“Brought my Lexus LX570 which had been rear ended here for repairs. The accident crushed part of the bumper and crumpled some of the structural metal of the body behind the bumper, in doing so it bent up the hinges and mount points for the rear lift gate. In other words, it was a fairly complex repair involving moving and automatic parts. They worked with my insurance and got everything masterfully repaired. On any incident like this one involving a lift gate or moving part, you’re always worried about alignment and proper operation of the automatic features after the repairs. Well put away your fears and bring your vehicle to Onel’s, my complex repairs were done great, everything works like new, and no details were overlooked. I cut a deal with them to take care of some additional items outside of the insurance scope of work, when I came to pick up the truck I noticed they had actually done WAY MORE work than what I had paid them to do at no additional charge. There was also a repair paid for by my insurance that wasn’t necessary, so when I picked up my car they actually cut me a check back for the small item that didn’t need to be done.These guys want happy customers, they put in the legwork and go the extra mile even when they don’t have to. God forbid I have another accident anytime soon, but if I do I would go out of my way to come back to these guys. Even if I moved to the other side of Denver.”

“So many places are pathetic to charge just to glance at something that may only takes a few minutes to figure out. Big rip offs at most places. One of many experiences; my Windshield wipers were not working so I took my car to a place, they wouldn't even look at the wipers, I would need to pay $160 first; so I went to Nichols Auto, they did a quick check, wiper just had a loose bolt, they tightened the bolt within 5 min, No Charge! Recently had a new alternator replaced in my Dodge Nitro, cheaper than other places I called.I love Nichols Auto for their honesty and reasonable prices.
