“My wife and I were coming home from the mountains on the 4th of July. We have the usual issues of couples sleeping. I run hot, move, sometimes snore. My wife has a hard time falling asleep, moves often, she’s sensitive to how the heat from me transfers to the mattress. We both have aches and pains. A discussion about a new bed, turned into an online inquiry and then we got a call from Murray at the store we planned to visit. Got to the store around 4pm or so. Murray was just a very kind, patient and genuine person. He walked us through the process of the sleep number and picking what was right for us. After many trips around the store to each bed, we finally decided on one. We’ll get the bed in about 10 days. The other gentleman at the store was nice and informative as well. You know a good salesman when you don’t feel sold. You felt like you picked. On a day when most employees would try to hurry out of the door before 6 pm closing for the 4th. He stayed patiently as we came to our conclusion. Just an overall great experience. We are looking forward to trying out our new bed for a full night! Thanks again Murray”

“Bought a mattress and bed combo here about two months ago. The mattress is still comfortable and hasn’t sunk in like cheaper ones usually do. Billing took a little longer because the store was busy, but the employees stayed calm and answered questions without sounding irritated.”

The delivery people were very prompt and professional, took extra care not to damage anything, and even added felt pads to feet because it was on hardwood. Very reasonable delivery charge, $89 for hand delivery of a large sofa, two heavy side tables, and a very heavy coffee table.”
“I rarely do reviews but I wanted to give this group 5 stars for providing exceptional service and a great product and buying/renting experience. I'm renting to own a beautiful couch from these guys, the couch came promptly on the date scheduled, no charge for delivery and installation, and they even called me 3 weeks after delivery to check up on things. Great job guys and I will be back!”
